Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered an 8-piece family meal, but unfortunately, I only received 7 pieces. To make matters worse, I had ordered mashed potatoes, but they were served as soggy fries. The pieces were also quite small. Considering the price of $36, this meal was not worth it at all.

Biscuits or hockey pucks can't tell the difference all items were horrible I've learned one thing I'll cook at home.p.s.please just go out off business and get something else in that space keep it moving

Really struggling with this resturant. We are no stranger to Popeyes and have been eating their food for many years. We've tried this particular resturant many times and are always disappointed. The biggest issue is not getting what you order. Even when we ask if a particular item is in the bag that is often forgotten we are told ot is but find out they did not put it in the bag. Multiple attempts to contact them by phone to address these ongoing issues and they do not answer the phone. You always have to wait for your order every single time and half of the order is cold. Forget this Popeyes and drive the extra distance to another one. We've tried them so many times and every single time there is a costly issue with no way yo resolve it.

Chicken tenders weren't crispy. I asked for buffalo and they gave me barbecue sauce. The spicy chicken sandwich wasnt even spicy, im pretty sure they gave me the wrong one. Everything felt rushed and disgusting. Not worth the price. Never going back.

They night Employees are disrespectful and rude and don’t get orders right. I called to speak to manager and they lied to saying manager was there and the girl that I was going to complain about lied about being the manager. Over all RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS.

They don't answer the phone! And it's always going to a busy signal! There always dead! So there lazy trying to place atleast a $200 order! Good luck lost my business!why can't they answer the phone?
