My fiancé showed me this particular Rosatis and we’ve been constantly taking out ever since! Friendly atmosphere …. Along with amazing food. I highly recommend the thin 16 inch thin pizza 🍕 with sausage!!! (whatever else)

Long time Rosati’s fan. The location in Palatine used to be very consistent and great. However, lately something has changed. The cheese is the biggest change. They now use a very low quality cheese. One of the reasons I used them so often in the past is because they had great cheese. Now it almost tastes like cafeteria pizza cheese. It was a little light on the sauce. Going to try another location to compare. Gave it three stars because of the taste and the prices have more than doubled. Yes, it’s the economy. But not all my go to places actually doubled their price. Will give them a few more chances.
