Best tacos and burritos we’ve had since moving to the suburbs over 10 years ago! Our server was super attentive as well. Definitely will be back for dinner soon!

Give this place a pass. Food is very expensive and tastes bland. Waitress was courteous and responsive. Not worth your time. Better food at Taco Shop.

Huevos rancheros tacos were outstanding—egg was cooked perfectly, great combo of salsa on top. Street nachos are loaded and can serve like 4-6 people as an appetizer.

Tacos are really good here and they have good prices on Taco Tuesday. Atmosphere in the restaurant is lacking, but you're going to go here for the food and still be happy.

First time being here after living next to this place for three years and wish I would’ve come here earlier! The food is flavorful, filling, and made fresh. Since the food is hot and made fresh expect a few minutes of wait but I promise it’s WELL worth the wait. I got the pork carnitas street tacos and HOMEMADE churros for dessert. Our host was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable I will definitely be coming here any time I can!

The chips were homemade and served warm with a zesty salsa that was perfect, the selection of street tacos was large and they were all delicious. Highly recommend, would definately go back. Price was reasonable.

Do not come to this establishment. First of all, it is not clear that there are two Mexican restaurants side-by-side. I was in between business appointments, and I was eating by myself. Usually, I would use the restroom prior to going to my table so that I don't have to leave my purse and coat unattended. I went into the restroom and the owner followed me into the restroom to tersely announce that it was not a public restroom. I informed her that I intended to eat in the restaurant. FYI, the restaurants are connected on the inside. It is obvious that one is a walk up window, and the other one is sit down. I went to sit down in a booth and place my order. The same woman/owner came to take my order but before she would take my order, she wanted to scold me on the difference between the two restaurants and that I should not have used the restroom that I used when I walked in the door. When I asked her to not talk to me in that tone of voice, she asked me to leave. I was happy to leave!

We normally go to Salsa Street in Mt Prospect but they just closed it. We did not like the proportion the food at the Palatine location. They were almost 1/2 less then what we got at the now closed Mt Prospect location. Also the taste and ingredients of the food was not great. We ordered the Tinga Chicken Flautas which were really small for $13.99! Also the Taco Tuesday were underwhelming and more than they were at the Mt Prospect location. We will not be back!

Been here a couple of times, never fails to impress. Tried the nachos, they were great. Tomatilla cruda, was perfect. Not runny.
