Manager at this location is horrible. He doesn't care about his customers. If you have any complaints to him his response is don't come back. Presentation of food is always sloppy and long waits even if you us the app you could still wait 20.mins longer

Can't rate the food as I never even got a chance to order. Spent nearly 25 minutes at the various places to order never heard from them. The manager on duty was interviewing someone which is normally isn't an issue. The issue is that he could see people waiting to order and he didn't care. He finished his interview and went back to the kitchen. His team was busy ignoring everyone and it was pretty apparent they learned that from him.

I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. When my order came it was completely wrong. So they took it back. Then brought me out the burger with no tomato or lettuce on it. By that time I was just hungry and ate it. Not going back.

Absolutely terrible service! Placed an order on the app for 3 drinks, when I arrived I checked in on the app like it promoted to do. The manager took 25 minutes to even get the order ready. Every single time I come to this location I have nothing but issues. This was final time I will ever be coming to this location!
The manager is terrible and deserves to lose his job. They have nothing but issues. The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. It’s sad to see a company be so terrible at customer service and just doing their jobs in general.

This is a fast food restaurant so the expectations are already low, but today I noticed a .40 cent transaction fee. Sonic started this 6 months ago. You have to request it be taken off, but sonics around the country have been scamming customers for months now. Hidden prices are already an issue, but now they're putting it in the food industry? Where does this money go? It doesn't go to pay the employees a livable wage or help them with health insurance. This place is a joke and I now know if I'm going to spend money on bad food at least I can spend it somewhere that doesn't have hidden fee's.
