Good place and customer service. But sometimes they get the order wrong. Not so good to order decaf in the afternoon and come out caffeinated

This Starbucks location is my go to, closer to home and work. The crew here is always helpful and amazing. Today I placed two separate orders (different times) and I get a cute note with my drink, I’ve had a crazy week and this little detail really made my day! Thanks guys you don’t know how much I really needed this! Keep spreading kindness and love ❤️

Starbucks: A ritual of aromatic pleasure
There's something special about walking into Starbucks on a rainy morning before work, picking up a cup of cinnamon coffee and getting lost in its warm, spicy aroma for a moment. This is not just a coffee shop - it is a ritual, a small pause in the daily hustle and bustle, which gives comfort and harmony.
There is always a wide selection of drinks here, and everyone will find something that suits their mood: someone will choose a spicy latte, someone will choose a rich espresso, and for someone a creamy cappuccino will be ideal. Add to that the aroma of cinnamon, mixing with the warm rainy air outside the window - and there it is, the moment of the perfect start to the day.
Starbucks is not just coffee, it's atmosphere. Quiet music, familiar interior, friendly baristas who already know your order. This is a place where you can hide from the rain for a while, relax before work, sit with your laptop or just feel part of this cozy rhythm of the city.
And whether it's a quick stop on the way to the office or a leisurely moment of enjoyment in your favorite corner of the coffee shop, coffee at Starbucks is always more than just a drink. This is a warm start to a new day.

For context, I am the only customer in-store ordering a drink. I ordered one hot chai latte with oat milk, no other modifications, to-go.
Drive through is moderately busy.
There are about 5-6 employees. Only 2 are doing anything productive.
Not exactly sure who’s managing this location, but service has continually been exceptionally slow despite not being busy. There are multiple employees walking around doing absolutely nothing or standing still.
It took approximately 10 minutes to make one drink.

I ordered a drink online for a friend. It’s supposed to be grande pink drink, no ice and no berries. Instead I got a drink full of coconut milk and was venti sized. Almost seems like they put it in a bigger cup to make up for the mistake of it being the wrong size 🤔. Do not order online!! Clearly they can’t follow instructions labeled correctly like they are on the cup.

My fav Starbucks to stop by. Never a long line, snacks always stacked up, drinks delivered fast. They also always have a great variety of cups/mugs to purchase up on their wall! Sometimes they’ll have some good sales on those items as well. My favorite drinks are: Blonde Vanilla Latte (I prefer Hot), Dragonfruit Refresher, Strawberry Açaí Refresher, Caramel Frappuccino, Mocha Frappuccino, and Matcha Latte (I prefer Iced). Some of my other favorite items include: Sausage Cheddar and Egg Sandwich, Bacon Gouda and Egg Sandwich, and the chocolate and vanilla cake pops.

Obviously, this could have been just one bad shift of baristas, but judging by the other reviews over the past several months, I doubt it. In the 30 minutes I was there, the crew was making loud, jarring, and, in some cases, downright disgusting noises. There was extremely loud talking across the café, screaming outbursts, and multiple loud retching sounds that they apparently thought were funny. To their credit, one teammate did tell their coworker they shouldn’t do that. However, the person then went to the back and repeated the behavior for a coworker there, as I could still hear the retching noise coming from the back.
It also seemed like they forgot customers were present in the café. At one point, a worker came out to the wall of cups and packaged coffee to check stock for a drive-thru order. After checking several out-of-stock items, they found one that was available. As the worker grabbed it, I could hear her say, “All that work for this?!”
Honestly, I could go on, but I doubt anything will change, as it looks like others have been giving feedback for months without results. This behavior reflects poorly on management and suggests indifference toward customer experience.
Bottom line: if you just want the coffee or food, go through the drive thru. If you want atmosphere or a place to work, go elsewhere.

Worst service ever. I have gone to this Starbucks for over 2 yrs and they offer the worst service. When you walk in to order they stand and look at you and when they finally walk over to help are extremely rude. I work in Customer Service and would be fired if I treated customers like that. This store is dirty, trash all over inside and out and tables could use scrubbing. You really need to hire friendly staff. Have asked for manager Kelly Carr to follow up with me and ignored.

I ordered a short cup warm FW, which should contain 2 shots. It came boiling hot with no coffee flavour in it… I doubt there is 1 shot in the coffee. No wonder their share price is dropping. Starbucks is somewhere you can count on. No matter which countries you go to, you can get same terrible coffee.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. Not only is my coffee burnt but the service was horrendous! There was only 1 other person in the restaurant and my 1 drink and 1 pastry took almost 20 minutes. Once my order was finally finished, not a “sorry” or “can we warm that back up for you since it’s cold now.” Nothing. I don’t expect a lot from fast food or quick restaurants but at the very least I expect the Barista to apologize for the extended amount of time it took. And here is a piece of advice, talk more to your customers instead of the other workers when there is an issue. Don’t just slide my drink towards me without so much as a “have a good day.” You would think the Barista was mute because she just ignored me. And god forbid I had the audacity to ask for my pastry to be reheated now that it was ice cold. Just grab the pastry out of my hand and not say anything?
Please if you have any other coffee shop go to that one. Do not waste your money here. And if you get a Barista named “Aliyah” run for the hills. You will receive terrible service and your coffee will be ruined.
Do better.

I pulled up to order coffee at 1 pm they were closed
The coffee is fine as always, but the service at this location is terrible. Barely get as much as a "thanks" at the drive thru and it always takes at least 10 or more minutes to get your order in the drive thru. Every other starbucks Ive been to doesnt have this problem. Not sure what the issue is, but I highly recommend just going inside to order. Skip the drive thru entirely
