This location move way to slow and don’t have high speed especially for the drive through customers. And certain food items were on their store screen menu but not available for online order. Don’t recommend this location for anyone at all.

Rough… STOP advertising free refills if your staff doesn’t know the policy! Train your staff! It’s a bad look… Also, the bathrooms were disgusting & no soap. Everything was dirty. This place needs to get it together. Didn’t expect a Starbucks to have such low standards considering the area… never coming back.

Every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to gives free refills of iced coffee or tea/hot coffee on any drink. Went to go get my refill and they said the initial order has to be one of those to qualify??? Since when did that change??

This is my closest starbucks and I go here frequently and spend lots of money for last 3months while my son was going to a day program... things were great on the mobile order end.. one day I went thru the DT and ask for a pup cup at the window... Not only was the person serious but asked me to order at the window next time the pup cup, your not in my car people order things last sec all the time..Shame on you and your customer service. She made me feel bad for even asking for a pup cup for my son 10year dog. I just left and never visited this starbucks. They really don't care here after 11am. You been warned. Stay away from this starbucks.
One of the worst and most blantantly prejudicial customer service experiences around for a Starbucks. Unfortunately, it's sadly still better overall than the other one in town. We definitely need a higher caliber, independent choice in the area.
The terrible experience starts off with being absolutely unacknowledged by all baristas as I stand right by the register for way too long. Eventually a younger male barista walked up and was apparently being purposely difficult in taking the order, unless he's overwhelmed since the females are extremely full of themselves to the point of not even showing basic interpersonal skills.
After getting my food, I wanted a plate and walked back up to a young, blonde, female barista whom was extremely full of herself with a pretentious attitude as I simply asked for a plate three times. All the while she is being apparently ignorant pretending to not hear me even though I'm a couple feet in front of her. Yet she expects me to hear her ridiculous, disingenuous sorry. Only come here cause of circumstances and being close by, otherwise I wouldn't bother.
This place is a perfect example of how people need to get a grip with their self absorbed ignorance and not be entitled as well. Leave ignorant assumptions and insecurities at home. Have some open mindedness. Absolutely ridiculous environment here as a customer and as a grown man that apparently doesn't fit some mold coming though here just to get basic service, let alone treated with dignity and respect. We really need better alternatives to Starbucks at this point.
