I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I was waiting at the counter with my kids to place an order, but no one acknowledged us. A staff member saw us but didn’t offer any assistance. After waiting, I tried to get an employee’s attention by knocking, but it took several attempts. When she finally came out, she immediately confronted me instead of assisting. Rather than addressing my concerns, she was dismissive. I felt disrespected and chose not to order. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks

She was very efficient and made sure to confirm my order and then made likely the best coffee I’ve had in a long time! I come to Starbucks daily, and her ratio of exactly my request was perfect!
