Manager: you need to train your employees better. Just called and some kid answered the phone saying “hello”; No branding, no may I help you, I dived right into my question and the kid just Answered the question, but didn’t make any effort to try and solve the problem. Very very very poor impression.

What else can you say at the end of the day it’s Starbucks great coffee, great food great employees & outstanding customer service…great to feed & caffeinate our guys at junk-lovers, g.d. decorating & choke fitness….what a great way to start our Monday off on the right foot…love ya guys!! Keep up the great work

Labor Day Monday. There were 8 associates in the store, only about 3 customers drinking in- and 1 car in the drive thru. As opposed to Labor Day weekend Sunday, stopped at Joliet Starbucks on route 59. There were 34 customers in the store and only 4 associates- with the drive thru deep with 9-10 cars 🚗. Service there as you can imagine was a tad bit stalled. I waited 31 minutes for my coffee ☕️😴😎

To slow
Go to any other location but this one! Today was the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I stopped to get a which chocolate mocha, and again, it tasted really off! Like as if they are making their coffee with old dirty dish water. I don’t know how else to describe the taste other than it’s similar to the smell of an old dirty sink sponge. Not sure if they’re just not cleaning their machines so it’s mold that’s causing the bad taste, if it’s the products they’re using but it’s really really bad. Went to a different location afterwards and the one I got was completely normal. I went inside to tell them about the taste and that I’d like a refund and I was met with cold, unfeeling staff. No apology, (until I was leaving and it was clearly an afterthought) and you could tell both the cashier and the manager were annoyed. This is not a good location to go to so buyer beware!
phenomenal experience truly embodying the third place
I had the bad luck of being served by a girl (Asian) who I guess couldn't read and didn't know how to make my 2 coffees Vt Iced Caramel Macchiato (a coffee that cost over $8.00 dollars). When I received it, I noticed that it was incomplete and didn't have whipped cream, so I mentioned it to her and she threw some away and made it worse by giving me a lid that didn't fit. What a bad experience I had! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!

At the moment, I'm entering this Starbucks and asking for the password to the bathroom, and the woman manager at the restaurant tells me her name is Pally, that she has to follow the rules, and she won't let me in because I bought coffee from another Starbucks.

This Starbucks is going downhill.
When I drove over a week or so ago I did a mobile order. I walked in towards the bathrooms before I picked up my drink and the bathrooms now had keypads on them. I asked the cashier barista the password and she asked if I planned to order something? I told her I already did so she gave me the password. When did Starbucks become potty police in the suburbs?
Today (May 11) is a beautiful day so I'm called over to the Starbucks. I tried to mobile order and it wasn't allowed. understandable. i walk over and the main cafe area is closed. I ask if i can order and im basically told to be fair i have to stand in line with the cars? I get that it could be short staffed, and it's Mother's day but I was willing to wait. I couldn't even order at the window and just wait 20/30 minutes.
I think that was a reasonable compromise compared to waiting in line with cars and all the exhaust.
So just two awful experiences in a row

This location continues to be busy. Very nice atmosphere. Hard working friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean facilities and they make great drinks

First off, they made my drink completely wrong. Then when I asked about the cold foam the girl answered with attitude and say there was extra and on the label and it clearly said not extra. Second I’ve been here many times, messed up every time. One time they gave me a completely different size drink than I payed for. Never give any straws, and for drinks with cold foam they do NOT give the nitro lids so I can’t drink my drink without drinking all the cold foam on top first. I recommend going to the Starbucks in target right across from it, it’s much better and there way nicer.

This is the second time I’ve ordered Starbucks online for delivery. I just couldn’t hold back anymore and decided to leave a review. The coffee arrived, and all my complaints are directed at Starbucks, not the delivery driver. The coffee was completely spilled. Instead of the Flat White I ordered, I received some random coffee with milk. Not a single napkin included.
I ordered the Bacon Gouda sandwich — there was barely any bacon. And no cup holder — the sleeve or whatever it’s called. Starbucks has really been disappointing lately. Not just this particular location — all of them. They never forget to hand you the tipping screen so you can leave them a tip, but giving you a cup sleeve seems to be such a big deal for them that they look at you like you’re asking for something outrageous.
I paid $20 for this order online. Is it really that hard to include at least some napkins? And to make a proper cup of coffee? Terrible, terrible service. Honestly, I don’t even want to go back to Starbucks anymore. At this point, it’s better to get coffee at McDonald’s.
