This is the worst Starbucks around Palatine area, because taste of Coffee is different than other Starbucks locations around, also me and my Family get stomach pain everytime we visit this location. When they prepare coffee they spill all liquid outside, you get all your hands wet with coffee. They need to clean machines often and be more hygienic.

Shannon provides such poor customer experience. She told me I had to wait ten minutes for my mobile order to come in. I put in my order at 804 didn’t get it till 816. Take in mind no one in drive thru and my label clearly shows what time the order came in. Shannon if you are having a bad day please keep your personal matter at home. You don’t need to teach me a lesson.
Sunday between 5pm - 7pm is not recommended if you want a quiet place to read and study. Odd enough not too many customers, but the Starbucks staff is just plain loud. Apparently I have missed that Starbucks is a relaxing environment anymore to read or study. I missed the memo. I should have went to Panera Bread. Probably my fault.

Good food, people are ok. This place is like a dance club at 7 am. There was literally techno music bumping and baristas yelling orders every 5 seconds. Fumes coming in the drive through window from a beater car. What happened to Starbucks? It’s 100% different. And the spice girls should not be played anywhere at anytime. Did I mention I pay 11 bucks for a coffee and sandwich? And the baristas don’t know what Bold means at any Starbucks I go to.
