I came back out to Palatine for the Turkey Trot this past weekend and rewarded myself with some egg white bites and a protein coffee afterwards (I also had to get a blueberry muffin for my fiancé of course as well). I ordered through the app and the food was done upon my arrival, only about 5 minutes after submitting the order. A very kind staff member then informed me they had to make the protein coffee, as they make the protein mixture themselves. I really appreciated their attentiveness and communication not only to myself, but I noticed the staff treated all of their customers with this level of care. She even asked me about the Turkey Trot and made an effort to make myself and the other customers she helped feel seen and heard (I wish I remembered her name!) This experience made me jealous that this isn’t my usual coffee shop, I wish I lived closer still or else it would be!

One of the most popular places at Harpeth College is Starbucks. And the homely atmosphere... so typical of Starbucks... is created by its employees, namely such a nice girl as Dasha Nikitina. I recommend everyone to contact her! The coffee and latte that Dasha makes are simply magnificent. tastier... I have never tried anything like this anywhere. And I have something to compare it to. Dasha Nikitich made my day happy. Thank you.

The service is pretty slow for a Starbucks. When the manager isn't out front, the student workers are often chatting with one another and customers. I watched one employee stand and chat with another while she had the blender in one hand and my empty cup in the other. Just finish the drink and get it out! The food is always consistent because of Starbucks' procedures, so each one differs based primarily on service. I wish they would get faster at this location.

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THEY DONE MY DRINK WRONG. I was so up set because a cup of coffee can make my day’s mood and they ruined it. I tried to tell them to fix it but they seemed to not put effort on my drink and it was still wrong. Last time buying here. Your most of customers are students does not mean they are easy. They are just scare to tell you to make their drink again. we pay for it, please make it right!

I love Starbucks the only issue is that only the work gets any drinks and size and CSI internships don’t get any drinks they only allowed to get grade size and cold and hot drinks I got cups from Starbucks
