THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THEY DONE MY DRINK WRONG. I was so up set because a cup of coffee can make my day’s mood and they ruined it. I tried to tell them to fix it but they seemed to not put effort on my drink and it was still wrong. Last time buying here. Your most of customers are students does not mean they are easy. They are just scare to tell you to make their drink again. we pay for it, please make it right!

I love Starbucks the only issue is that only the work gets any drinks and size and CSI internships don’t get any drinks they only allowed to get grade size and cold and hot drinks I got cups from StarbucksKid-friendliness: I love if CSI can get any drinks and sizes

Always kind people, great smiles, and drinks come quick with few mistakes. Anyone who goes to harper should definitely stop by, whether to study or to be with friends, and enjoy a drink.
Takes an hour to get a drink from drive thru…90% of the time they mess up the order. Older lady with fake tan is always rude and has messed up my order every time specifically. Perhaps hire a staff that can take the order correctly and move efficiently.. Will drive the extra miles to go to a different location even though this one is literally a minute from my house

Too slow. I had to wait for 20 minutes for my spicy mozzarella sandwich. After asking they gave me egg and bacon sandwiches. The problem is that I don't eat bacon. They didn't have a lot of customers yet they made me wait and gave me the wrong order. Don't buy food from them.
