I have ordered over 5 times from this location. The quality is always poor. They also messed up 3 of my past orders. Subway does a bad job with refunds.

Stopped going there since new management. The owner is not very polite and customer friendly. He does not smile or have a good attitude. The small girl in there also needs an attitude check. If you’re not happy working there then leave! We started going out of our way to the plum grove location now.

I really wanted to like this Subway however the man who is the manager is extremely rude. I can't possibly understand how such an unfriendly person is in charge. Every interaction we've had with him, he has been nothing but short. He even had an issue with requesting extra oil on my sandwich. We avoid him at all costs during the day!! Even if that means traveling a little out of the way for another Subway. On the bright side, the girls at night are nice and have a good attitude.

Date 12/11 approx 8:30 PM. Lady at counter acted frustrated while making our order. There was No rush and nobody was waiting after us that was making her act that way even if anyone would have been waiting this is not the right way to treat customer.
I went to pull tissues and would have hardly pulled 4 of tissues that one might need to use while having 6 inch sub and heard her in a little odd tone “don’t take too much”. Our order was 2 foot longs. I felt very bad and left tissues there but then after payment and all I decided to pick the tissues and in a quantity that I normally would and lady at counter came running at me yelling “excuse me”. She even accused me of pocketing tissues that I had pulled earlier that I had left there only.
@Store Manager / Subway Leadership. — this needs to be addressed. Get her right training, please.

About a month ago I was there. The cash register was working so could not do credit. Went to pay cash and gave them my coupon. They said they can't take my coupon because the register was not working Huh? $15 for a sandwich. So stupid me I went back again a day or so ago. I tried to do the $6.99 footlong. I asked the guy behind the counter wearing the "Store Manager" badge for the deal. He kept saying online. I said ok how do you do it. He said "Online". I said how he said"Online" I asked him to stop saying that and show me how. He said you can't. I said why he said "Online" I just left. This place is ridiculous.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The employee didn’t know how to make a wrap properly—it was something between a sandwich and a wrap, and it fell apart after the first bite. To make things worse, the apple juice had mold in it. Avoid this place.
By far the cleanest subway maybe fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to including the bathroom. Everything was great and the guy behind the counter (Alex) did his best to handle a confused foreign speaking gentlemen while I was eating. He did his best and was very cordial to the customer.
