I had to keep asking guy to add a little more extra veggies...when he turned around to toast my sandwich he coughs all over when I'm paying my sandwich he is still coughing all over ugh very gross so unhygienic of this person by the way he works in the morning that is when I went to get my sandwich.

The owner is a joke ! I had a reward and he said he would not give to me on his store! If you does not wanna follow the franchise rules why don’t u open your own restaurant? I will report you SR.

I ask for spice naco chicken, she gave only naco n salsa & chicken, that's it, we ask for onien, paper, jalapeno, sum vegies, she refused n said its comes this much only,

They messed up my order several times. I told them explicitly about my food allergies and they made the sandwich wrong. I didn't pay for it and went to a different restaurant instead...
Retrain your employees to listen for food allergies.

They don't have enough hygiene. They tried to reuse the paper they use to avoid putting the food directly on the counter. One employee used the paper for my pizza and the other one tried to reuse it for next customer. I asked her not to do that and she started arguing saying the paper was clean. If that's what they do in front of customers I can't imagine what they do in the back. Never will eat here again.

The bread was so stale that I had to just eat the inside of my sandwich, I couldn’t swallow the bread. It was terrible. My husband’s sandwich was the same way.

The food was just like any other subway but the service was close to terrible because I asked for steak on my sandwich but instead got chicken. I also asked for cucumbers on my sandwich and got pickles. The service could have been better overall.

I saw the sign "subway" & my stomach started?️ talking & I smiled ?. I know what that means, it's subway time! So I didn't want to waste a lot of $$ money & got a little bit of everything (6" sub + one ? + cup of soup, a little less than $10 it was). ??
I spent $14 on a sandwhich JUST THE SANDWHICH and when i get home to eat it a couple of hours later im throwing up badly. I have been frustrated all morning and Tried talking to an employee today and refused to give me a refund. Would like to get in contact with a manager. Not at all happy, also said “ we dont feel the need to give you a refund” ummm helloo??? its my hard earned money and you guys are out here scamming people
