An extremely rude staff — both over the phone and in the restaurant. I’m honestly shocked that someone working in customer service in the U.S. could be this disrespectful. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
I strongly urge management to step in and take appropriate action before more loyal customers are lost.

Fantastic sushi, some of the best I've ever had, at a good price for all you can eat! Very nice servers and staff overall! Nice light atmosphere. Usually no wait as they've got quite a few tables for a smaller place, and food usually comes out pretty quick, but super fresh sushi, never had a bad experience!
