Came in when the inside was closed and homegirl let us walk through the drive through to get our food. Absolutely BEST service i’ve ever gotten from any fast food place absolutely loved her she was amazing. Literally best customer service ever tysm 🫶🏻

when I asked for a Doritos taco with no lettuce they gave me lettuce the lady even said okay no lettuce what else and I’m allergic to lettuce that’s why I don’t put lettuce on my tacos and of course they put lettuce on both of my tacos and they charged me $4.00 for a Baja freeze when it was happy hour shame on u Taco Bell I loved your food but I’m mad and will NEVER get Taco Bell again from here I think u guys should close down as soon as possible

I went inside to place an order, was standing for like 3-4 minutes and nobody came up to take an order. So I had to go order on the screen. I paid for extra steak and of course when food came in there was no extra steak. I had to eat so fast because temperature inside was like literally 45-50F. Not sure if owner is trying to save money on heating but overall it was a horrible experience.

I placed an order for 9 different items and they missed 3 of the 9 items. When I called in the only lousy answer you get is we can either make it for you if you come back or just next time ask for food. This is the 3rd time they either made the product wrong or forgot to put it in. I don't understand why even make it if you are not going to give it to customer. Somehow every time I call to complain I am talking to assistant general manager. I would be curious to know how many Assitance GM they have. I would skip this store since clearly they don't really care much about customer service 🙄

Hey, this is my first experience of Taco Bell, today around 4:20pm I went to the Taco Bell from drive thru and I asked for the potato taco with some sauce and she asked me which potato taco you want we have 2type so, as I don’t know the exact name of the food I told her just gave me regular potato taco and she gave me the cheesy fiesta potatoes which I don’t want but it’s ok bcz here is my mistake that I don’t know the exact name of the food after that she charged me and I went from there when I came home I saw that’s not the food which I want then I went back to the Taco Bell and told her that I wants the different potato taco she told me to pull up to the window and in very rude way she told me to exchange the bags and gave me the another taco which I want but she didn’t put the sauces which I asked for and I was worried to ask her about the prices but she just closed the window in a anger face
I felt so bad that they are not polite with customer that to it’s my first experience I went there and I don’t know the exact name of the food besides of explaining me she just showed me a anger face with a rude behavior

Pretty sure the guy at the drive thru window was stoned. I could barely understand him because he was mumbling. And he messed up my order, which was painfully simple. I ordered two Burrito Supremes with no onions. When I got home, I had one Burrito Supreme--*with* onions. How hard is that to get right? Seriously.
I get that it's a crummy job. I've had one. We've all had one. But no one's making you work there. If you can't or won't meet a minimum level of competence, quit. I'm not paying for you to hate your job and not give a shit so that I can get home and find out that I'm not eating what I ordered and paid for.
One more thing: the dope gets smoked *after* you finish you shift.
