The worst experience of it not only once, thrice. The food is always cold. The tacos are not at all cooked. It seems like they guve old food . Not fresh at all. The service is the worst. They asked us like 5 times at the drive through and still did not get the order . The service is terrible. Even after making all the orders incorrectly, they aren't even sorry for it.

Definitely the worst Taco Bell in the area. While I was ordering at the drive through, they forced my order and informed me that there was some sort of a “timer” at the window. They asked me about 5 times if I was ready in a 2 minute period. I felt rushed and to make matters worse, the food sucked. They completely skimped out on the portion sizes. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and have no desire to return to this location.

This place sucks. Came here at night and it’s a bunch of teen guys that have no clue what they’re doing and joking about how to say latex in Spanish. Very inappropriate especially in front of customers

Hands down worst taco bell. Do you like soggy and barely filled slop? Are you thirsty but hate when you get a straw Then look no further! Do not eat here you will be disappointed. Go across town if you want decent taco bell. Always disappointed no matter how many tries i give it over the years.

We just stopped at this Taco Bell to grab some quick dinner, and I just have to compliment the above and beyond kind service we received from the awesome employees who work here. I couldn’t write this review fast enough- I haven’t even left the parking lot yet; they are the best ever, super nice, patient, and super fast as far as getting us our food at the drive-through. Food was also hot and fresh! Thank you Palatine Taco Bell Employees!!❤️🫶🏻🙌🏻

Had Louisiana garlic bone in wings. The sauce was tasty, and it had to be one of the softest plumpest chicken wings I've tried. Wish I had ordered something easier to eat for the drive home though
I'd give a zero if I could. Got home to see that our order was totally wrong and we were given someone else's order. I will never go to this Taco Bell again. I spent $40 and got about $25 worth of food on the already high prices. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.
