This place is hundred percent garbage. The service is garbage the food that they make the way that they make is garbage. The final result of the food is garbage. I ordered my crunchy wrap supreme, but they didn’t put crunchy wrap supreme in my bag and they said I forgot And when they make my crunchy of supreme, it was garbage they didn’t know how to make it so I told them to make it again and I saw the whole process how they were making it and then I was satisfied I would never ever come to this Taco Bell ever in my life hundred percent total garbage Taco Bell district manager should come to this place every once a week to see how the new employees are making the food totally garbage food totally garbage

On 3 separate occasions they have missed 1 or 2 items from my mobile orders. I have no idea they can possibly do this multiple times unless they're purposely trying to skim items for extra profit. Infact, the food at this location is more expensive than at other nearby Taco Bell's. I will never return to this location, and instead drive 5 more minutes to better a batter ran TBell. Don't go here.

Rude staff Everytime we’ve came here. If you order through the drive thru either you have to correct them about the items in your bag or ask for the additional missing items and they give a snotty attitude. If you order on the app or through DoorDash they don’t give you half your order and when you try to get a refund it’s nearly impossible if you ordered on the app they never get back to you. Rather drive the extra five mines to the buffalo grove location where your orders right and they have the friendliest staff. This location needs a total new staff at this point or just shut down.
