I love Pho!! The pho is good. Service is lacking (typically short staffed). I live near here so it's my go to for pho. Better options in Chicago but if you're looking for a solid pho for palatine, not a bad option.

Delicious Vietnamese rice noodles. The soup is refreshing and delicious...good for relieving hangovers.
Hosts can be added. Good service.
If you avoid the crowded lunch hours, you can eat quietly and leisurely.

Nice place! Good windows. Probably nice to eat here while it rains outside. Cash only but they have an ATM in the building so I really couldn’t care.

Phenomenal pricing for serving size. Very fresh, excellent flavor, great texture. Service was better than average but not stellar. Definitely recommended.

Had the Pho Nam, which was fabulous. Brisket was well cooked and the broth was perfectly balanced. Great find!

I love this place and I love the workers. The pho always comes with plenty of protein and soup, I always take pour some soup in a to-go box so I can make it again with the delicious broth. Food comes out hot and fast, my all time fav!

I have never had pho but my first experience with it was great. The waiter recommended the #47 to me and since I like spicy he brought over the chili oil for me to try. My fiancée got the #58. Both of them were so rich and flavorful. The service was very friendly and welcoming as well. Will definitely be back

We came in around 745pm.. the restaurant closes at 9pm. The server was rushing us to order and said tbe kitchen was closing before it even turned 8pm. Very horrible service..we asked if they had chili for our pho and the server didn't know what we were talking about..that was a big indication that this place was not authentic..we ordered boba drinks in the beginning with the appetizer and they were served when we were done eating our main dishes..the boba was horrible.. you can tell they were rushing and just made them without care.. tapioca texture was off.. pho broth was ok but the beef round steak were stuck together like it was taken out of a frozen meat pack and was very chewy in texure.. goyza was pretty good. Noodle dishes were ok..but the service just ruined the whole experience..I usually tip 20% or more but I just couldn't do it.. I asked for boxes and then waited 5 min and server and buser were by the front register counting money.. I had to go up there to ask for my check...also this place is CASH ONLY! Another indication of being cheap!! Never again..

Called to order pho noodle bowls w beef.

Get there was told they don’t take card only so I had to play w their atm to get money.. why I wasn’t told this on the phone idk.

I was quite ill I believe from food poisoning which is why I wanted soup for dinner.

I handed dude forty dollars that I just got from atm but looked at the package he had which did not look like soup was in there. I asked and said this is pho beef soup? He said no and proceeded to tell me I didn’t order soup. To which I proceeded to tell him yea I did and that I’m ill and I can’t eat whatever is in these bags. I had no clue what was in the bags . I had been queasy all day and needed a bathroom. I could see dude was steadfast in wanting to argue instead of make anything right. I was physically unable to proceed w an argument. I looked at him and said again this is not what I ordered. He didn’t even give me the change for the wrong order. And unfortunately needing a bathroom and just to get home I didn’t/couldn’t put up a fight which seemed to me that’s what he was interested in doing.. arguing, not making it right and not offering my money back and not even offering my change back.

I left this establishment having paid forty dollars which was 13 dollars more than the wrong order and left w no food of any kind.
