Ate breakfast yesterday got food poison never again

Food was served cold. Chilli was ice cold. Cheese didnt even melt. Bun on burger was cold. Manger didn't care at all.

Only reason I am giving it 4 stars, I am surprised, I know I didn’t want cheese sauce on my bacon breakfast burrito, , but even without, the burrito is very dry. They give you two hot sauce packets of Cholula. If you have an intolerance to anything spicy, I don’t know your tolerance level but my lips are still tingling 5-10 minutes after. It definitely can get your nose running a bit if you have too much. I had the packet on it, not a lot, but even without the amount of liquid, it still was very dry. The burrito stayed intact. No crumbling or breaking apart. Small cold brew & seasoned potatoes very good. Also the honey butter biscuit is delicious. Came to around 12.00. A meal to fill you up for a while. Service inside the girl was very nice as well.

This was really bad !! I ordered there new breakfast burrito . Terrible sat at the pay window waiting for my order that took 11 minutes !! Now it's morning early mind you! Don't you think they would be prepared and ready for customers ,?!! Then when the Mexican girl brought my food to my vehicle she handed it to me and didn't say sorry for the delay or thank you or anything American !! This is getting out of hand , these people are working at a restaurant in America and they can't even speak our language !! I don't know about anyone else but I'm sick and tired of all of this crap ! I will never go to Wendy's ever again !!

I ordered through the drive thru. Luckily, I checked my bags and was missing 1 cheeseburger and 1 fry. When I got home, my kids opened their kids meals-we were also missing a kids nugget. Unacceptable, 3 items missing in an order? DONT STOP HERE, EAT ELSEWHERE

Incompetent, plain and simple.

I placed a mobile order for the first time and pulled into the drive through. Since I know most places have a process, the first question I asked was “I placed a mobile order, do I need to go inside or can I pick it up in the drivethu?

Whoever was on the speaker continued to insist that I was mistaken, that it must be under a different name or that I sent it to the wrong location. They argued with me for several minutes before I gave up and went inside to clarify and show them the confirmation email with my name and the store location.

The guy behind the counter simply handed me my food… ?
Are you kidding me? The order was sitting right there… AND I specified that I was unfamiliar with the process by asking if I needed to go inside.
The person on the speaker offered no options, did not tell me I needed to go inside, did not say, sure, come to the window and show me what you have, did not ask the front counter if they had an order under my name, did not try to problem solve whatsoever.

When I expressed this to the person at the counter, the manager came around the corner as if she was ready to throw me out.

What a poor excuse for customer service.
