I stopped at the drive-thru around 11:00 p.m. yesterday (11/01/25). The guy who took my order was very polite. When I ordered some tenders, he told me it would take about five minutes to make some. He asked if I wanted to wait. I said I did. When the guy brought out my order he apologized for the wait and told me he included a couple extra tenders because of the inconvenience.
This is EXACTLY the kind of service a customer wants. Five stars.
Night shift manager: please tell the guys who were working last night that they did a great job for one of their customers--give them a spiff if you can.

This is the dirtiest Wendy's ive ever been too.
Every table is empty when i walked in,and they all look dirty.They have a scummy film on them,that looks like they haven't been cleaned.Holes is my booth seating too.

Ordered a Biggie Bag and shared with my adult daughter. She ate half a nugget and it looked weird. We ended up throwing away the nuggets however the damage was done. My daughter got sick, vomiting and diarrhea. We believe it was food poisoning. That was the last thing she ate. Normally, Wendy's is our go-to fast food place, we'll have to rethink our options. Please make sure the food from any restaurant is cooked correctly!
Had to wait a bit for our breakfast order, but it was hot, fresh, & tasty. And a buy one sandwich get one free was a bonus. Will do it again.
