Was told to pull up for an online order even though there was no one behind us. Simply pulled up into the mobile order parking spot cause figured that’s what they wanted. Lady walking out the food decided to be rude and give lecture cause she couldn’t dare walk the 20 extra feet both ways. No thank you for ordering or have a goodnight like good customer service. This is my second review for this Wendy’s and is my second review ever. Much needed education in customer service.
