Food the fries were the worst! Soggy and burnt! Who serves not so crispy fries! Anyways the boneless wings were good except when we ordered 20 we expect 20 good pieces - not 19 and 1 dinky clump of crispy flour. Korean bbq is a favor flavor here. Mango habanero is good too. Garlic parm eh it’s a dry rub but feels like eating nuggets with seasonings.
I wouldn’t get their fries ever again.

came here a few times. every time i’ve come here, it’s been terrible. all of the workers are incompetent and rude. workers were touching the food without washing their hands. hostile atmosphere. as soon as we walked in, they stared at us and didn’t say anything. fries are overcooked. would sit in the back on their phones not working on orders. no garbage cans. smells like goodwill. bugs around the whole place.

The staff yesterday evening was friendly which was my first impression. The wings and fries were just done right. I prefer them to be extra crispy and as requested they did not disappoint. Keep up the great work!!!
Update: Jan 2024 There's a newer location in Prospect Heights by the Target on Rand and right next to the Everclean Carwash. Anyway, I initially gave the Palatine location 5 stars 6 years ago. Since then it's been downhill. Extra crispy means extra crispy. It's almost like they think we won't know the difference. Also, perhaps allow the wings to drip the oil before putting them in the boxes because they are way too greasy when you don't. I'm changing my review to 3 stars for this location because they are inconsistent.
