Really polite workers, delicious ice cream, but needs more seating.

I usually get anything with raspberries but this last visit I had the apple pie with custard and man was it good. Yep, real apple pie mixed in.

We live down the street and because of the convenience we come WAY too much but I can't even be mad about it. Not sure who Andy is but pretty sure we are paying his kids college tuition with our business 😂😂

Almost 4 bucks and it's barely 2 scoops. Seriously, I feel like the gentleman processing my order from the window didn't care that it wasn't even at least to to the top.

You have a walk up window and I can clearly see them not wanting to take my order even though there was no car in their drive thru when I went.

To add on to the experience, Why have a walk up window when you are going to clearly ignore me and make me wait awkwardly.

It's unfortunate that I received this kind of service and also Andy's used to be my favorite spot as a kid.

It's very sad to see this now years later.

I have e-mailed the suggested email.
I don't want my money back. I just hope those kids have better professionalism for anyone ordering from this establishment in the future.

Lauren just kicked me out of the drive-through because they open after 4 minutes you can’t be that slow Lauren….

Disappointed. I had a $2 off voucher that Andy’s emailed directly to me. Showed them the email and my app with the coupon. They would not honor it and couldn’t find a way to make it work. Your promotion for a “welcome back” treat didn’t go over so well. Didn’t “top my day off with a smile”.

Update: Here is a response from the customer service e-mail. I think this is the whole reason they sent the $2 coupon to me. Not great customer service at all.
"It looks like your account is Inactive! This would prevent any rewards from being able to be used at the store! Typically, this happens when there has been no activity for a while on the account."

Dominic helped us at the last moment! When they were 2 minutes before closing, he was a very nice and polite gentlemen! We recommend this place! As long as people like Dominic work there, this place is always gonna be a great place! The shakes are really good aswell! There the best! we’ve tasted so far. we recomend the peanut butter shake it’s the best.
