The greatest service ever! Their food is EXCEPTIONAL!! Better than other Bagel restaurants, plus their rewards can't be beaten. Don't go to the Great American Bagel on Cicero in Oak Lawn! The manager is mean, and they have no rewards. The manager there argues with customers, and is CHEAP.
The staff and team is so welcoming and the food is delicious!!! I love all of their bagels!!

Vegetable cream cheese is only a bit more than half the container. Looks like someone already enjoyed it. Second bad experience at this location. First time was shorted two bagels. Won't go back.
