I’ve been a customer for awhile. I’m aware they changed their hours awhile back. I called to order 2 sandwiches at 2:15pm. The girl on the phone, very snotty, says, “We close in 45 minutes.” I said, “Okay, so can you make 2 sandwiches in that timeframe, or…?” In a huff she responds, “Yeah, as long as you can pick them up before we close.” Uh, well yeah that was the entire purpose of me calling ahead… to pick them up and make it faster for all involved. Best bagel place around. We love it!
I’ve never had people be more rude than I did today. From the moment I walked in - Cheryl, the cashier, was eyeing me down and giving me dirty looks. Maybe she has a problem with women who have tattoos? I said hi to the girls behind the counter to be ignored. I took my son to the fridge to look at the various cream cheeses available and it was like I was inconveniencing the girls for not hurrying up and ordering even though there was no one waiting to order behind me.
