Their bagels are very fresh and good! Even after being stored in my fridge for a couple of days.. their veggie cream cheese is fire.

Good luck to new customers. The staff is not friendly or helpful unless you’re a regular went for a breakfast sandwich didn’t know where to order no one greeted me and then when I asked the question, I was told to get back in line I walked right out.

Hello to anyone that's about to read this review please understand that I am a huge fan of this establishment I absolutely feel like I'm family whenever I visit for starters I'm greeted as soon as I walk in the front door by the whole entire staff I have never caught anyone having a bad day and if so they don't direct it towards their customers I never have to wait very long for my order and the staff engages in conversation with you while you wait for your order and let's just get to what I like to order when I'm there I always get the lox and bagel but I have to ask them to take the cream cheese off because I am lactose intolerant so I can't have any dairy but after I place my order for a open face lox & bagel and I always get an apple juice nine times out of 10 when I get back to my vehicle I've already eaten the first piece of my sandwich it's just that good and I'm upset when I get home and by that time I've eaten the other half so it's just something that you have to try yourself does smoke salmon the raw onions the capers just really makes my palate happy as soon as I open up the bag the Aromas is what do it for me and The Taste it's so amazing while I'm writing this review actually I'm in the mood for one right now so make sure you get it yourself over to Great American bagel and enjoy

So unbelievably disappointed. After going for years I got the wrong order today. I was told I picked out the donuts I wanted when I asked for 6 plain bagels. When I said review camera footage I was told they couldn’t.

I LOVE their bagels!Every year for Christmas morning brunch with the whole family I bring 2 dozen!Unfortunately for me, there are none left over to take home! Everyone loves them and their specialty cream cheese! They have so many varieties, everyone is happy!

I give this an okay because their prices have skyrocketed and they know it and they look you right in the face and they know their prices are too high. I can go anywhere for half and get a simple great meal but their prices have gone way up.. so unfortunately I will not be coming here as often as I used to and I will be holding back on the holidays usually I spend a good hundred dollars with them between bagels and donuts Italian treats and others. Even their different asiago's have gone through the roof with price prices.?? I'll take my money elsewhere and I'll have a better time with it I'll either go to Weber's on Archer and Harlem where they always have great stuff and their croissants are still only a dollar, or I'll go to Pticek bakery on Archer and Central. But this great American bagel has just gotten too costly and very disappointing..

Every time I go in this place I am very disappointed. There is a middle aged women whom on top of being incompetent, treats you as if you are stupid. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed customers simply walk out on their orders because the service is so bad. I am not sure if they are racist or just rude but they turn something that should be simple into a hassle every single time. I will simply drive to a different location from now on. Customers beware!!
Ordered a denver bagel and 3 toasted bagels, mentioned cream cheese 3 times and still didnt receive the cream cheese... Ridiculous. Had to door dash extra bagels with cream cheese.

Was craving a good bagel since my girl's trip to New York. What a disappointment. The bagel itself tasted ok but where is the tuna? If I didn't pay extra for provolone and have lettuce and onion, it wouldn't even qualify as a sandwich. I also ordered a few extra bagels with strawberry cream cheese. Again the bagels were just ok but the cream cheese had so many white chunks. Not blended completely. Such a disappointment.

First time experience at this location was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, they deserve a huge negative zero for customer service. Every person I encountered except one young lady, were all rude & unprofessional. They are in a rush, mess up a $50 order, had to go drive allllll the way back only to encounter more rude ppl. Will not be returning to this location. There should be an option for zero stars.
