The staff is always friendly, the service is always fast, and the frozen custard is always delicious. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but it's never been too long for me. It is a little expensive when compared to grocery store ice cream, but it's a wonderful treat every once in a while.

They close at 10pm and refused to take my order at 9:50pm. What is the point of having a set hours of service and refusing to serve during those hours? Drove out of my way to come to this dunkin, such a disappointment.

VERY disappointed. Stopped in about 7:15 pm on 6/9/22. OPEN sign turned on. Hours posted till 11 pm - store doors locked. Two workers Inside. Ignored us. Went through the drive, young lady asked for our order: 1 qt of jamoca almond fudge and 1 qt of pistachio ”sorry we don’t have any”. Wth!! So upsetting that these 2 just didn’t want customers. We went to another store and bought our quarts plus more. Manager/owner, I hope you are aware.

Certainly no longer 31 flavors, maybe 10-12. If you can't eat chocolate or nuts, you are out of luck. I can't eat strawberries either. Ordered a caramel milk shake. They forgot the caramel, but added ice!
