cant beat the coffee. The best but customer service is terrible. Maybe if the clerks spoke English better the amount of errors and misunderstanding would cost me less wasted money

One of the workers was picking his nose infront of me and had the audacity to eat it!! He then proceeded to make my order, the drink wasn’t even made correctly either. This is not my first rodeo with this specific location, they’ve given me the wrong order multiple times and look at me confused when I explain the issue. I don’t think I ever want to return to this location. They don’t even speak English!!

Your experience, I have found, definitely depends on who is working, but went here last weekend and the girl with freckles and the girl with the hijab were absolutely lovely!! They were so polite and sweet, definitely the employees that will keep people coming back. Very efficient and conversational, drinks were done in under a minute and were great. My five year old adored the two girls, a little crush haha. Hopefully that's the standard from now on, here, would love to keep seeing them around ❤️❤️

I come to this Dunkin everyday and typically order a refresher. This morning I went to get an iced caramel latte, my drink had barely any ice in it and it’s super warm. So disappointed I can’t even drink it.

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. We literally come here as a last resort but will avoid it at all costs if we can.

Today I ordered an iced latte and bacon/egg/cheese on a croissant. It was a DIY sandwich. All the ingredients were thrown into the back and the cheese wasn’t even melted.

My iced latte was a cup of milk.

Before this time, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was burn to a crisp and hard as a rock.

they can’t understand orders through the drive thru I told them they got my order wrong and they said it was already done they couldn’t change it. Not returning here. They give matchas with full ice barely any product in it. They don’t know their own menu let alone how to speak or understand English. They’re really cheap only care about money and not their customers.

there is an extremely rude young lady who works here. she is dismissive, rude, and tries to argue if you politely raise an issue (one that requires a quick fix, mind you) with your order. i work with the public as well, and i would never treat even the most rude customer/outlandish request the way this young woman treated my mother who was simply being polite. do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this location unless you absolutely have to. as for the young female worker (working at 12pm on 02/27/25) that was engaged with, i sincerely hope you learn basic manners and respect one day!

This location used to be by far my favorite location, but something has gone terribly wrong in every aspect of the place and I will not be back. Doubtful I will be going to any Dunkin in the future as I believe their products have gone down in quality as their prices have gone up.

I understand that times change . Costs go up etc .etc. when you charge for a cup of Ice water when the customer is spending & 15 dollars for a microwaved bacon egg and cheese sandwich a medium shake and a downsized doughnut. There something wrong with that picture. This big faceless corporation can afford a 10 cent cup and a 2cent lid and 3cent straw. Oh well you know what they say yet another customer lost. In the future tell the customer this . I would have just grabbed the water from my car .
