I was quickly greeted when I walked in. The staff was extremely friendly and informative. As a vegetarian, I asked them if they could clean the blade. They did so very enthusiastically and made me feel very welcome. Lebryan the manager is so friendly and has trained his staff the same. Excellent experience

I went to get a sandwich tonight and Faith asked me if I wanted it “mikes way”. I told her no and that I’m going to modify it. She asked me what I wanted on my sandwich and I told her I’d tell her the ingredients once my sandwich was in front of her. With attitude, she insisted I listed out the ingredients because she was “ready”. I started to list them and she picked up someone else’s sandwich and stared to add my ingredients to it. I told her that was not my sandwich, hence why I wanted to wait to list them. She looked at her coworker and they both started laughing. Every single time I’ve gone to this location, Faith has had the worst attitude I’ve ever come across. This is the 6th or 7th time she’s been extremely rude to me and tonight was the worst. I called to speak to a manager after I left and the manager said she witnessed the interaction and apologized for her behavior. If I ever go back to this location, Faith will not be making my sandwich. She should not be customer facing if she’s going to be extremely rude and laugh in customers faces for no reason.

They only have one slicer, they cut all the meat and cheese on it. This unsanitary cross contamination. Second they have Muslims and Jewish customers who don't eat PORK. They are so busy to clean the slicer. This is at all the locations. Don't eat there if you don't eat pork. I guess they can't afford another slicer. The franchise head quarters doesn't even have a phone number to talk to customers. Strictly business they don't care.

Female employee handed me the wrong pick up, despite me giving them my name. I don't think she even listened to me because she handed me the only pick-up order available behind the counter, and probably assumed its mine because it was the only one. Found out when I got home. That means someone else got my order. Smdh..I had to eat a boring sandwich for another customer who clearly, like most Americans, is a picky eater and barely had any toppings. This is not the first time this location messes up.

I love Jersey Mike’s it’s my favorite sandwich shop but this is hands down the worst location consistently. Employees are always standoffish to just outright rude besides like one of their managers. Sandwich’s always are just weird here to there’s always something wrong. Not like they make the order wrong but like they’re using old ingredients or bread. Hope you like begging an employee to let you into the bathroom too cuz they have to manually unlock them which is awful. Avoid this location at all costs.

Yesterday was the worst service I have ever had at a Jersey Mike's. I love the company and the food quality. But this franchise was the worst for a couple of reasons. 1 employees poorly trained taking orders: I asked for 3 sandwiches, 2 of them 43#s with add v-oil, lettes, tomatoes and pickle. So, this is what I got 2 sandwiches with chicken Phillys that's it. The 3rd sandwich was correct.. I should have watched 👀 them make them but there was a lot of people setting and talking so I stayed out of the way. Once I got home is when I saw the problems. To late then... Remember when you are paying $50 for 3 sandwiches 🥪 ot puts a bad taste in your mouth when it's a simple order... Do it right the first time... I will go to the store in Orland Park location next time, my bad will not happen again.

We come.here all of the time, and the food is.pricey but always good, so we come back. I love the Philly chicken sandwich and get cherry peppery relish added. The only issue we had today was, we went there specifically because we got a text that if you go there "today" for lunch you earn double points. So when we presented the double points to them, they wouldn't honor it. Pretty bogus since that's the reason why we went there and I spent 48.00+ on 3 regular subs, chips and drink.

The Orland location is better. Palos makes tiny "regular" sized subs, I always customize it to add more ingredients but they were negligible. I felt like I was eating the mini lol.

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. I had heard great things but never been. I enjoyed it and chose one of their hot sandwiches. I believe it was the Chipotle cheese steak. It was very tender. A decent amount of meat only thing. I think the roll was a bit thick, too much bread for me. Overall, it was really good! I would get it again and they cooked up the sandwich pretty quickly.

It’s a sub shop not like it’s fine dinning. Overall pretty good food and very well maintained and clean shop. Easy for a quick bite.
