Bad ass attitudes. Walked out.

My first visit to Jersey Mike’s was fantastic, and I’m already looking forward to returning! I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken with extra bacon, extra onions, extra hot honey sauce and it was delicious, bursting with flavor and exactly what I was craving!

Aliyah’s customer service was a major highlight. She was friendly, efficient and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail showed she cares about doing a great job, which really added to the vibe.

Service like Aliyah’s makes a difference, and paired with the amazing food, it’s easy to see why this place stands out. Definitely recommend!

I just had my first experience and I was really impressed! I ordered the Mike's Famous Philly, and it was delicious – packed with flavor and just what I was craving.

However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service from Mike. His friendly and attentive approach created a really positive atmosphere. He was efficient, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his work, which made the whole experience even better.

It's not every day you encounter such great customer service, and it definitely made a lasting impression.

Rude employees. If you can't make a sandwich do something else.

Always a good time at Jersey Mike’s

Been looking for a good inexpensive sandwich place for some time now and this location knows how to make a good one! Ordered from here a couple times now. Tuna sandwich is very good and the turkey sandwich with toppings I ordered hit the SPOT. A new lunch favorite to keep in my repertoire

The manager and staff are some of the best people out there. Amazing service. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have these individuals. Thank you all again!

I was quickly greeted when I walked in. The staff was extremely friendly and informative. As a vegetarian, I asked them if they could clean the blade. They did so very enthusiastically and made me feel very welcome. Lebryan the manager is so friendly and has trained his staff the same. Excellent experience

I went to get a sandwich tonight and Faith asked me if I wanted it “mikes way”. I told her no and that I’m going to modify it. She asked me what I wanted on my sandwich and I told her I’d tell her the ingredients once my sandwich was in front of her. With attitude, she insisted I listed out the ingredients because she was “ready”. I started to list them and she picked up someone else’s sandwich and stared to add my ingredients to it. I told her that was not my sandwich, hence why I wanted to wait to list them. She looked at her coworker and they both started laughing. Every single time I’ve gone to this location, Faith has had the worst attitude I’ve ever come across. This is the 6th or 7th time she’s been extremely rude to me and tonight was the worst. I called to speak to a manager after I left and the manager said she witnessed the interaction and apologized for her behavior. If I ever go back to this location, Faith will not be making my sandwich. She should not be customer facing if she’s going to be extremely rude and laugh in customers faces for no reason.

They only have one slicer, they cut all the meat and cheese on it. This unsanitary cross contamination. Second they have Muslims and Jewish customers who don't eat PORK. They are so busy to clean the slicer. This is at all the locations. Don't eat there if you don't eat pork. I guess they can't afford another slicer. The franchise head quarters doesn't even have a phone number to talk to customers. Strictly business they don't care.

Female employee handed me the wrong pick up, despite me giving them my name. I don't think she even listened to me because she handed me the only pick-up order available behind the counter, and probably assumed its mine because it was the only one. Found out when I got home. That means someone else got my order. Smdh..I had to eat a boring sandwich for another customer who clearly, like most Americans, is a picky eater and barely had any toppings. This is not the first time this location messes up.
