Great food as always some of the best, but customer service is pretty awful in palos heights I picked up food around 4 today and the cashier was pretty unfriendly towards me, two other customers were in there and she was very friendly and helpful to them, not even a hello or have a good night or weekend to me, everyone needs to be treated fairly no need to be rude to certain people, that person has a lot to learn about customer service, be nice to everyone not just cause you like them, or they look a certain way

The pizza was very good.. we had a Cheese deep dish and a lous deep dish, but the lou pizza was better than the cheese one. We also ordered a plain red sauce Spaghetti for my daughter but it was below average honestly so we won't be ordering that again. That being said, we are definitely going back to try other dishes there including the chicken wings and salads cause we saw some people having that and it looked amazing.

It's okay once in a while, don't think it's 6$ extra for a small pizza worth so wouldn't use this as my regular spot.

I wanted to try the hot honey pizza so only got a small, just in case I didn't like it but getting the crust well done. It was so nice and crispy, very tasty! Perfect amount of spice and sweet.

This place is an absolute joke!! I would never ever come to this establishment ever again in my life!!! I called in for pickup, sitting there for over an hour and the girl takes my money and then they say they don't have me in the system!! I never seen such an incompetent business, should be shut down!!!

Two straight times ordering from here where they messed up our order. First time the delivery driver forgot the salad. Instead of going back to get it, they said we could either get cash back or we'd have to drive there and get it.

The second time we ordered boneless wings. They brought the order out and I knew right away they had bones. Called them out on it and the cashier said "yup they're boneless" while looking straight at the bone in wings. Took the meal back to the car, checked it, and they were bone in. They made good on the error but I watched the error unfold right in front of me.

There's definitely something different about management here, hopefully things turn around. (For the owner - not looking for coupons or anything. Just respect the customer and if they call something out take the time to check.)

Can not travel to Chicago without stopping at Lou Malnati’s. I can honestly say I do not care for the carry out options. I love sitting down with one of their deep dish pizzas and a tall cold beer. Can not be better.

I orderd piiiza for family and had people over and party for football and had the delivery time set for 6:00 pm!!! Come 7:450pm and my piiza is still not delivered.!! It’s ridiculous! The worse delivery service ever!

I ordered a medium deep dish pepperoni from here and I was highly disappointed. Pizza burnt a tad bit, I did not ask for well a done pizza. They threw so many pepperonis on the pizza I was disgusted. A thick layer of pepperoni seemed like double the pepperoni. Overall very nasty pizza and I decided to try this one beyond my best judgement. Never again.

Lou's has the best deep dish we've had in the area. We dine in at the 171st & LaGrange facility. I would suggest a separate area for adults there, large family gatherings can be annoying, but tables usually always available.
For take out, we use the 128th & Harlem facility, orders always on time and a wide variety of frozen available. Don't forget the salad! Their dressing is now available for purchase at counter, the BEST!
