Lucano’s Pizza & Catering

Was super excited to get Lucanos today since they have been closed for a few weeks. Sadly it did not hit the spot. Wanted to get the chicken Cesar wrap but they discontinued it. So looking at the menu I decided to go with a burger and fries. ?‍♀️ Although the picture shows the burger with fries the actual burger does not come with fries. So I spent $12 for a burger w/everything and fries. which listed everything as “ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & grilled onions” but it actually came with no lettuce, no tomatoes, and chunks of raw onion. Definitely not worth the money.

After supporting this Buisness for years, today I was very disappointed. First not offering a full menu and also not honoring their coupons that clearly state on their website to mention the coupon and then show it when picking up your order. Informing me that the coupon is only excepted if you show a printed copy. The owner better get it together if you ask me. ?

As a long time customer of over a decade, I made a mistake and ordered baked mostaccoli instead of my normal pizza. What a mistake. I can pour tomato sauce over pasta and it would have more flavor. I can't even start to explain how tasteless that was. I will continue to buy pizza but never order the pasta dishes. You should really be ashamed of what you call a baked mostaccoli. Maybe time to find a new place to order from because your renovations didn't help the food.

Idk if or why there would be correlation, but ever since the remodel was finished, the pizza slices are half the size they were before they closed. Also, no longer selling slices after 5pm?? W H Y

Ordered a Big Al’s Beef sandwich and a thin crust sausage pizza last night that were both excellent! The crust on the pizza was nice and crispy and the sausage was delicious. The Big Al’s beef sandwich with onions, sweet peppers and red sauce is my favorite!

Service very friendly. Food was simply amazing and top quality. We loved it! We’ll definitely come back. We would recommend this place a million times!

I have ordered here before but today was different. First I think they forgot to add green peppers to my pizza so they threw them on top . Plus the sausage was differ too when I have ordered before they always gave a good amount and today they were skimpy on the sausage . I have a coupon on the phone that wasn’t accepted due to it not being printed to show owner but when you redeem it gives you a confirmation # . Idk if you guys switched something in the recipe but pizza tasted different from the last time I ordered . For now I’ll hold back from ordering from here

Food is excellent, but has problems with mask policy, 2 people while we were there came in no mask and were served. We have a mandate in effect, if all don't comply the virus will never end.

Went to get together yesterday evening, that was catered by Lucano’s, EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT, (pizzas, beef, chicken, & mostaccioli) outstanding job!

Just recently ordered a variety of food from Lucano's Catering. The people taking the order were very pleasant and it was delivered without a problem.The food was plentiful and very good. I would recommend them and would order again.

First time ordering here, and I'm disappointed that I have been wasting my time at other pizza places around the area! You guys really throw down in that kitchen. I ordered the Sicilian pizza and I tell you what the crispy crust and that cheese ? delicious! Definitely ordering again. Keep up the good work!

The Palos location is awesome! Natalie helped us with a catering order and helped us get the right mix of food and the right amount. The food arrived hot and delicious! Would absolutely recommend - the cheese ravioli is out favorite!

We had catering from Lucano’s tonight and it was delicious. The food was hot and tasted great. We had the chicken parmesan with spaghetti, peppers & sausage, and the mac & cheese, which is amazing! We will definitely order from them again!!
