I went here for the first time last week and I plan on going back today! I wanted to bring my auntie some good Arabic food and when I found out this place had mensaf in a cup, I was sold. First let me say how nice the gentlemen at the counter were. Very nice and friendly! Next up, the food was AMAZING! They made my order EXACTLY how I asked and loaded the shawarma with chicken! They gave me a few extra pieces of falafel and wow, so fresh, so hot, and sooo good! I live in Indiana but this will be my new go to spot when I’m craving yummy middle eastern food. Keep up the good work! And I’ll see you guys later today! :)

I believe that everyone deserves the same respect, especially from a business that serves the public, no matter what nationality, religion or race they are. Based on the way that I was recently treated at this restaurant, Shawarma Bros obviously believes differently. Good food does not replace horrible customer service and disrespect. They refused to serve me when I was first in line and the only customer before others arrived. And when I complained to the "manager," he laughed at me and talked over me and did not apologize. I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again.

I don’t usually give food reviews, but in this case, I had to. This is the best chicken shawarma bowl I’ve ever had. This is the best hummus I’ve ever had. The fries were hot and fresh (try dipping them in the hummus). You gotta try em!

Parking: The service was friendly and prompt. I ordered butter chicken shawarma bowl and my husband had hummus with steak shawarma on top. We ordered for take out and everything was hot and delicious when we arrived home. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.
So delicious, the hours are perfect for my overnight shift. The cashier was very kind and patient and the accommodative hours for Ramadan are thoughtful. Will definitely be coming back again.

Food was great! Unfortunately, customer service not so much. First time here.. I went through the drive through and I felt rushed despite my car being the only one. I told the lady I wanted falafel 3 times and still didn’t get falafel. The whole time she made it seem like she didn’t have the time or energy to deal with my question about the menu.
