Ordered a Jr Cheeseburger and other food items. The Jr. Cheeseburger had bacon on it and cheese was not melted and burger was cold. I went back in to explain to them and received the same cold burger back with the bacon removed ugggh. It sucks being at the hospital for a family medical emergency and you choose a fast food place and they put more stress on the situation at hand. At least warm would of been acceptable not cold. This location was not up to par with othe wendys locations

Looking at reviews Iām not the only person that believes the manager is racist! We asked her if she can repeat our order and she started snapping at us. We asked what was the problem and she told us to leaveā¦that is so strange so we kept trying to get her attention through the drive through and she started yelling ācall 911, they are being aggressiveā woahhhh š³such an odd experience. Iāll never be back. She wouldnāt even give me her name. But she claim she was the manager.

Food is so old. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich meal and 2 kids meals with an extra fry. the chicken was so old it tasted like chewy jerky. I'm so disappointed. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade and ended up with a sprite. it cost 25 dollars and I did not enjoy my food it went to the garbage

Just had a pick two deal I ordered a cheeseburger with cheese and ketchup and got it with honey mustard sauce made me sick to my stomach also ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and gat a sandwich with mayonnaise cause they said they donāt have nuggets stay away from the place and going to report them to the health department

Don't order with Uber, grubhub, etc. Lazy crew tries to tell you the orders aren't coming in or the machine is down. They are just lazy. It's called turning it on. Do these idiots realize other people just may be an Uber driver or know people that turn it off so it doesn't bother them, God forbid. You are costing drivers money, customers food, and you look pathetic
