I ordered 5 burgers and they gave me 5 Italian beef and I drove over an hour and reordered and they didn't apologize for the Bad service, I do not recommend it at all and I will not go back there again mistake Even the sauces I ordered were not included in the order.

Diane was warm, welcoming and helpful. Nice to walk in a restaurant door and almost immediately know that you're in for a pleasant experience, Food was just as ordered and delicious. Loved the apple cranberry chicken salad.

Took my female friend here for dinner. She got a vegan beef, I got a regular beef. We shared a large fry. My opinion of the beef was it had a bit too much kick to it, not entirely sure what it was as I skipped the peppers. The fries needed a lot more salt but were extremely fresh and hot. Also I thought the beef sandwich was on the smaller side compared to most beef sandwiches. The beef overall with price, size and taste all included, a solid 4/5. The fries were a 5/5 when we added salt, 4/5 as they were served. Was $31.00. Vegan friend races about her vegan beef with vegan cheese. We also had I believe watermelon strawberry juice that was quite good.

I’m a big fan of Buona Beef’s beef, combo, and burgers. I actually like the burgers better here than Portillos. It’s a plus that it’s fast casual food that’s also gluten free friendly.
Dietary restrictions: They have a really good gluten free pita that you can get with beef, combos and the burger. It keeps me going back!
Used to be a fan of this place. Now they serve combo beef sandwiches on bread as small as a hotdog bun. You can see here in the photo that they cut the bread longways smh

Came in with my neighbor and mom. We all got the same thing to go, and I bought a cookie, I was very happy as there are no nuts in the chocolate chunk cookies. So I was able to enjoy them without worry. Both employees that did the transactions were super sweet. The Italian beef sandwich was delicious and the fries were perfect. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

Warning for people with nut allergies! I had went recently and asked about the cannoli with nuts and I’m only allergic to some, but severely with peanuts. So I checked with the workers to see what nuts were on the cannoli and they didn’t know, and then one said pistachios. I am not allergic to pistachios at all, and it was green colored so I trusted them and got the cannolis. But then after I opened the cannoli box it smelled so strongly of peanuts and did not look like pistachios at all. I get allergic just from the smell as well, so I went up again to double check and they said they don’t have any peanuts in the back. But it was most definitely peanuts because I had an allergic reaction and someone else who ate it also said it was definitely peanuts. I checked online and one diagram for allergens and nutrition said it did indeed have peanuts. So be careful. 4 workers said there were no peanuts, so it is a little worrisome none of them knew.
