honestly i tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. but when there are 3 employees inside with no customers why am i waiting for my order when i placed it online 15 minutes ago? i’m also just a shift worker trying to get breakfast before my job but seems like i can’t do that because no one cares about anything here.

Best breakfast sandwich I've had from a Dunkin
Ordered a ham and cheese croissant, everything was good until I bit through plastic that was inside the croissant. This is actually the second time I’ve had this happened but from a different location. I was actually chocking on the plastic.

So I'm really mad I was talking to the worker and I told her I order the 3 dollar half dozen deal,I went to pay and she charge me for a dozen but I told her I order 3 dollar half dozen and she told me to pull to the side and I went down and I told her what was going on and she yelled at me to tell her to tell her next time if I wanted a deal from the app. But I already did tell her more than once so I am very mad.

Me and my friend walked in expecting to spend maybe 10-12 dollars walked out spending almost 20. Why- because the lady who was checking us out got our order wrong. she doubled up on one of our drinks i politely asked how it was 18 dollars and she looked up and pushed the receipt up on the counter with much attitude. she acted like she had much better to do and didn’t want to deal with us. turns out she doubled up our drinks which i only asked for one. They gave us our THREE drinks and we said to another women that we only wanted 2 drinks she looked over at the person who checked us out and she read off our order and we said we don’t feel like fighting with this right now. We said it’s okay and the lady next to us waiting for her drink even said it’s not okay. overall very disappointed with their ability to not own up to mistakes.

Ignorant beyond recognition. I walked in for a cup of coffee, donut and wanted a cup of water probably from the tap. It was after 5 so I wasn't expecting fresh donuts but I also wasn't expecting flies inside the donut case....more to my dismay he charged me $1.99 for a cup of water. I proceeded to ask him to stop making the coffee and put the donut back. Absolutely abhorrent service. For all of you who have had the same service here, probably havent returned the ones who have go back because its a national brand. The owner doesnt read these reviews hence why the employees have no customer service training. Its really sad.

So I have never ordered from here, but I go here quite often. I have stomach issues and since this dunkin is around the middle point to where I work I tend to stop here to use the restroom probably around once a week. I really appreciate the employees not telling me to go away since I dont typically buy much from here. I am an avid dunkin enjoyer, I really like jelly donuts, pink frosted with sprinkles, and double chocolate donuts. I also really like a the strawberry refresher. Thank you for being nice to me and letting me use your restroom.

The bagel was hard as a rock and was inedible, waste of money and too far to go back to replace.

Walked in and was ignored. We didn’t even get greeted which is whatever. The two girls just looked at us, turned, and continued to do the drive-through orders. They both passed us at least three times each without acknowledging us waiting at the cash. At one point the girl started sweeping in front of us as if we weren’t there. It was two of them so we tried to be patient but a “be with you in a moment” or a simple ass nod would’ve been nice. Eventually walked out. Don’t work in food service if you can’t even greet customers.

It doesn’t matter how early I send in my mobile order, it is never ready. The amount of times I’ve had to wait 10 mins for my donut after my coffee has already been made. Incompetent staff and ownership. Pathetic.

This place act as if they’re high and mighty they’re all cocky and rude! Came in last week ordered a big order. They forgot to put turkey sausage on one of the orders called right away told him hey you’re missing the turkey sausage on one of the orders. We’ll get it next time we come oh yeah, no problem. Just mention it next time you come up next time tell him exactly what happened. Worker says give me your name & number and I will have them contact you! WTH?? Worst location! Dunkin really needs to re-evaluate these types of franchises! Stay away from this location if you don’t want to ruin your morning!

Took 15 minutes in the drive thru with only a few cars ahead , lady taking orders was rude . They put my donut next to my hot food and it literally melted . Threw it in the trash . Waste of money
