From the start the service was very good. Our server Martina was very knowledgeable with the menu. Very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious too. Will definitely go back to this restaurant.
We ordered the fillet and veal chop specials; very nice! Also had the artichoke special appetizer: incredible! This is a great spot!
The carpaccio con avocado and the asparagus salad was excellent! My sisters took me for my birthday. Great service we will be back!

Everyone is always so warm and friendly and the food is always consistently delicious! Thank you Glenda, Nick, Victor, Tacho and the rest of the Vicinato staff!
The dining experience was only enhanced by our server. Tacho has been a server at Francesca Vincato for many years, and is the epitome of the organization. This restaurant is a gem in the Southwest suburbs. Give it a shot.
Wonderful end of the year family dinner. Thank you for such great service and hospitality .

First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026! This is the second year that my husband and I have gone to dinner on NYE here. The restaurant manager, Glenda, is the best we have ever met. She works the room, comes by the table to make sure that your experience at the establishment is up to par. The wait staff, Lauren, was awesome, also making sure everything was going well, and was so polite. We recommend Francescas Palos Heights
Fabulous early news years eve dinner! Service was great, not too rushed, chicken milanese was delicious. We totally enjoyed our dinner! On another note, the hostess had the best sequined pants on😀
Food was delicious and our server was amazing. He was very friendly, attentive, and offered suggestions for food selections.
Food was delicious! Came here tonight with a close friend. Lobster bisque was very tasty and we shared the insalata ala Francesca. However, my filet Gorgonzola was the true highlight. I ordered it medium rare band it was cooked to perfection. Poly was our server and he was very attentive to our needs. The service was fantastic!
Our well dressed group of four adults all over the age of 70 was seated at the coldest table in the restaurant, the floor to ceiling windowed corner. It was a cold spot known to the restaurant because they even had a small space heater struggling away nearby which we ended up moving to under our table. The restaurant was nowhere near full and I had a reservation, so I really don't know what the reasoning was for seating us in that location. But the good news was that we were served by the personable Martina and our bus, whose name I've forgotten, was exemplary. But the real reason for this somewhat negative review, was the bait and switch of the specials menu, the Seafood Risotto. The specials menu to my recollection said shrimp, scallops and a third seafood which I have forgotten, but I love good risotto so I always order it at an establishment where I think they are capable of cooking it correctly and will use the proper rice. And the other reason for ordering this dish was my interest was piqued to see how they were going to get all that seafood in there. But when the dish arrived, there were 4 (small) scallops, period. This is the second time recently where a restaurant has put me in the embarrassing position of having to be the jerk and to complain about some aspect of a poor dining experience, and I refuse to take the bait. I will reluctantly write reviews like this instead and point out to other potential customers that, buyer beware, they might be charged $10.00 a scallop for a modestly overcooked risotto.
