Bartenders were not paying attention to customers. The very pregnant bartender was rubbing her belly dancing behind the bar. Very rude when finally trying to get a beer from them. Awful service. My buddy said her food was terrible. Will never gp back.

Great food Friendly staff Hot Bands You'll want to come back again.
Horrible service. The owner is a real piece of work. Went to see a band I like play there and I heard he didn't even pay them for service that night. The band only got paid after they threatened to remove tvs from their wall as collateral for what they were owed. Not a great business practice. I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate not getting paid to serve food and liquor.

Best chili I ever had!
Perhaps your experience will be different then ours. Had reservations for a group of 10 people. The tables not even ready when we got there, had to wait! Ordering drink's, well we waited for that too. Those came 20 minutes after I motioned to the lady ruining the bar. We had menus, but again waited for our order to be taken. It took an hour for food to get on table. Don't ask for condiments, you get little cups of ketchup, there's none at the table, everything is in little containers.
Dont order shrimp because it's hard
. It's not like they were busy probably 30 people . The band was better then our service and songs were great. While theres games to play and TV's to watch. The place was empty for a weekend night. There were other girls there to help . Bit did very little . And hung by bar alot.
We will never go there again! Not worth it at all. Unless you just want to hear s band. They want 20% gratuity on over 6 people and no separate checks. Which is crazy because you go as different couples. And end up seeing who owes $to who.

First time at this newer business, and we won't be going back. I felt like I was on an episode of Bar Rescue, waiting for Jon Taffer to walk in. The Christmas lights were half up/half hanging to the floor, the scotch tape clearly wasn't doing its job. The drink menu had food and water stains on it already. And the additional line charge of $7.50 and $8.50 for the "rocks" for 2 bourbon drinks was ridiculous! Maybe if the "rocks" was a big fancy ball of ice, that was hand crafted from the ice at the top of Mt Everest brought down by a sherpa, then ok....but the ice was the same ice in my rum drink, that came from the ice machine, because I certainly did not get a charge for "the rocks" under my drink. Service was slow for only 1 other table being serviced by the waitress. The food was good, we had great lakes burger and eggroll medly app. This place could be a neighborhood bar to go to for good food, if you don't mind ok service and seats, and you stick to beer...but then you should not be being charged for up scale "rocks" that came out if an ice machine.

I was there with about 30 guys from our golf league & Tasha handled our entire group. She was outstanding! I'm looking forward to going back there soon. Food was great too!

Had a couple of drinks: long Island and old fashion, which were pretty good. And ordered appetizers, the chicken quesadillas were delicious.

Attended New Year's Eve party. Worst experience. No hostess to greet you and show you to our table. We had to find our reserved table sign. Food was served cold and took forever to get. There were 5 of us and only two of us were told got soups. Also, we were supposed to have received a free bottle of champagne to toast and instead received a plastic glass to toast. Clearly a deceiving ad. The party favors were a joke. Noise makers hardly worked. This was all you got. There was supposed to have been a photo booth but nowhere to be found. The music was so loud. The establishment is too small to host a band much less have a DJ play music. They crammed as many tables as they could making it hard to get up etc. If you plan on hosting another party like this I would seriously consider not doing so or just serving sandwiches and drinks. I had to give some kind of a rating which should have been zero but had to give a one star to post. Shirley Kirn

I normally love coming to Great Lakes brewery as it is my hometown brewery and overall amazing beer and atmosphere. The servers and staff are very friendly. Today was pretty rough as my partner and I sat at the bar and it took 20 minutes (not busy at all) for them to even acknowledge our presence. We figured it was fine, this happens and let it go. Then our friends joined us for food and we all got very basic meals, again not busy times. Long story short, we had the same experience of no communication with our food and waited 2 hours for very basic food items. As we understand that things happen such as being understaffed, communication and acknowledgement of our time could have been better. It’s never fun when you pay 100 dollars to eat somewhere and it didn’t even feel worth it. Hope they can do better.
