Phenomenal experience with super friendly staff and owner. Drinks and food were exceptional and came rather quickly as well. Decoration is fantastic and the atmosphere is perfect to hang with friends and family. Highly recommended!

This is my second time visiting melt and dip, but the first time visiting this location in Palos Park.
I must say, I was very impressed with everything at this store from the decor, cleanliness and organisation to great customer service!
The Dessert and tea we ordered were also delicious. The quantity is pretty generous, so make sure you’re sharing a Dessert :)
It was great to see the owners talking to the customers and getting their feedback. That was a very personal touch to their customer service and much appreciated these days…
I’m definitely going back again to enjoy one of their desserts!

This was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, had large portions, and fresh! Everyone provided great customer service and leadership checked in on us at our table. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. Moe was super patient when taking our order and helped us each find the perfect item on the menu. It was our first time here and we’ll certainly be back! Thank you to the staff for being attentive (we came with 3 small kids) and creating a great family environment!

The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We tried the Nutella fruit salad, crêpes, hot chocolate, and the Dubai chocolate milkshake, and every item was excellent. Highly recommend!
