Me and my family went in a few days ago on Sunday I have to say the desert is amazing we ordered a lotus crepe and it was very delicious but do not be mistaken as their staff is extremely unprofessional there was a guy there who had glasses on he was slightly short from the momment we walked in he was rolling his eyes at us this makes one feel uncomfortable as I was with my family just trying to enjoy some deserts are we unwanted or something ?

Salam !! I love to go to melt in dip for their turkesh coffee ☕ but my kids they love their menu. I really recommend the lotus crepe ❤️ the customer service is one of the best ☺️

Their waffles and crepes are amazing—each portion is big enough for two people. The only thing I’d complain about is the drinks. The coffee tastes a bit off, and they only serve tea bags. I truly believe that if they improved their beverages, this place could easily become our favorite dessert spot in Chicago. That said, the staff are incredibly helpful. When I mentioned I didn’t like my coffee, they kindly offered me another drink for free and even tried to customize it to my taste. It didn’t quite fix the coffee, but I still left with a smile. First off, I love how you can order online and they text you when it is ready. There is no need to wait then. 😊 The service was great and the pistachio milkshake was one of the best I ever had. The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup was rich and tasty. I will definitely be back!

Slowest group of men I've seen work. 15 minutes for a single item order with the restaurant nearly empty of customers. Better efficiency = more $$$ for boss man

I keep giving you guys a chance. 3rd visit and something always goes wrong. First the workers need to be more customer friendly. Second the orders don’t come out all at once. People that order after you are getting their orders before us. My kids were waiting 30 min for their crepe while their other cousins got theirs and they had to wait. Only reason was I went to the desk and they didn’t even have it made. They forgot to make their order. We left in such disappointment. Also 40 bucks for 2 crepes is actually insane. The lotus crepe should not be 18 bucks. It’s so simple and basic didn’t even have much lotus in it and was overfilled with chocolate. Wallah harram the price on these crepes.
The quality here is excellent—everything they make tastes amazing! However, the only downside is the long wait time for orders. I ordered three drinks, and it took over 30 minutes for them to be ready, which felt too long. I also noticed that people who ordered after me, including a family with a large order, received their items faster than I did. I truly love this place, but the waiting time needs improvement. If they can fix this issue, it would be perfect! That’s the only reason I’m giving three stars instead of five.

The guy at the front desk named Moe very good worker kept it professionally even though he was the only worker in the front he kept postive energy and got us what we needed in time definitely coming back !!
