Watch your bill. Service fee listed is for 18% tip automatically added on bill. Guess it’s listed on menu yet first time I experienced it. Lunch was pretty pricey in my opinion. I’m just not sure I will return. Education had to be provided that Gluten free is not due to an allergy to foods. It is auto immune disease.

Will absolutely never go there again. Worst hibachi experience I have ever had due to the piss poor customer experience. There are far better hibachi restaurants out there to consider and every one of them will accommodate and substitute for dietary restrictions. Not Wu's - they will not work with you but still charge you full price.
Dietary restrictions: DO NOT GO HERE if you have dietary restrictions!!!! They will not work with you to accommodate and have an absolute policy on substitutions. You may not be able to eat half the meal, but they will still charge you for the full meal. And they are @$$holes about it too.

Just walked out after sitting for 25 minutes without even getting a drink order. We watched two other tables next to us get sat and greeted by the waiter, while we were ignored. They weren’t even as busy as I’ve seen in the past. Total disappointment.

Great service on Christmas Day! We had a prebooked hibachi reservation for 630 and a large party of 10. We were seating fairly quickly after our entire party arrived and greeted quickly by staff. Our food and appetizers were quick to be served and they were very attentive. Our hibachi cook was super entertaining and made our night! We will definitely be back as a family again.

Good food made fresh and generous portions for the price. We visited this location for dinner and lunch, glad that they have a main location here vs Tinley Park that we normally go to. This one is much larger and more grand.
We Ordered the Kung Pao chicken, Basil chicken, and Pad Thai. It was all very flavorful. Try the Boba green tea or the Taro w tapioca if you have room. Lunch menu also offers good value for you money.

1st and last time Wu’s house Palos Park! Felt staff knows there’s constant customers therefore they provide poor service. We had one cocktail and server didn’t come back to ask if we wanted another one- WATER was also empty didn’t even refill it!! Chicken was flavorless and undercooked *Cook never offered sake to anyone at our table *Cook never tossed food to anyone at our table while others had it *Told staff it we were celebrating a birthday-nothing was done-while other tables had staff sing Always heard about the experience but won’t be back- sure hope owners read this.

Not coming back! We were expected high quality food and not even single dish was special. Sushi so big with enormous amount of rice , you cannot even hold it. We had a very nice server, but other then that we were very disappointed. Restaurant is so big,that they do not focus on quality only on amount of people they can serve. P.S I'm not going to mention the bathroom experience... trauma for life...
