Normally I would give the food 4 start but tonight the young lady on the grill gave me a sandwich that not only was fresh but was neatly put together and not just slapped into the box like I normally get. Very nice job.
I placed an order in the drive-thru somewhere between 8-10am on Saturday 10/19. The 5 stars go to the crew members who made my food and to the young man who took my order. The food was accurately made and tasted good. The young man’s service was very pleasant.
However, the experience ended on an atrocious note. Krystal was working in the present window and never once even looked at me, did not greet me, did not thank me, nor did she wish me a good day. She was busy...

We were driving through and stopped for a snack and bathroom break. The employees were friendly, and the bathrooms were very clean. The cleanest McDonald's bathrooms I've ever seen.
