We were in Paris from ohio and made it just on time for opening. The lord blessed the hands of those cooks because everything was absolutely AMAZING. Me and my husband split the family combo. We were FLOORED by the ribs, we both agreed it was the best we have ever had and we are BBQ fanatics. Fries, 10☆ cheese curds 10☆ ribs 10☆ and staff 10☆ thanks yall for being so friendly, patient, and hospitable!

The ocean was incredibly fresh, cheese curds wonderfully consistent, and house made sauce is a staple. Randy was a wonderful host and I will be back with more people to try this great place.

Been here many times it seems hit or miss, brisket and pulled pork are good, once in a while it will be dry, links and turkey also decent except when the turkey is dry. The chicken when it’s right is off the hook, but most of the time it’s like shoe leather. Seems they have a problem with consistency, don’t bother tipping either as the owner takes them and doesn’t share with the staff, I’ve known a few people that have worked there, they all said the owner doesn’t...
