“I love Monicals, but I hate paying $50 for a pizza and then it being soggy upon delivery. Most Monicals use boxes to deliver pizza. Mine arrived in a bag wrapped in aluminum foil. So the steam makes the crust extremely soggy. Monicals should be crunchy thin. That being said the ingredients are always fresh. And the staff is nice. The pizza isn’t soggy if you eat in restaurant.“
