This place is disgusting!!! Ordered a fresh pack quart of butter pecan and these people sent me a 2 month old expired tub. There’s no way that could’ve been a mistake. Disgusting!!!! That’s a dairy product. How do you have 2 month old expired products in your store. I’ll be reporting to the health department about this as well. Disgusting.

Look, I can see how there's nothing glamorous about working here.However, as others have said the staff is just unprofessional.They clean the ice cream counter on Sunday...at 3 PM... when it's 84 degrees out.Then ask you, "Are you looking for coffee or ice cream?"Customer service at its finest.

They are not friendly at this Dnd!...I wanted light on the cream on my iced coffee, but drank it anyway, and they knew it, the girl said she didn't know...dahhhh, the guy never told her So on my way to the "out of order" bathrooms with two little ones, I asked for alittle coffee to just make up for the iced cream(hardly any coffee) in my previous order!...they refused, just bad customer service!, just awful!!

Every time I go in here these people are miserable they really need to take a class how to deal with people . Would it hurt y'all to put a smile on your face and say good morning it's called customer service. Maybe there's a class that you guys could take . I seen one good review on here that must've been a manager pretending he was a customer.

Stopped in for coffee and... Should've reconsidered after the gal who took the order had no personality and the place was rather dirty considering it was empty and employees were not doing anything when we walked in After cleaning a table to eat and drink went to use the restroom, after a large coffee, and to continue our journey. To my surprise, shock and horror was told they were locked because "someone locked the keys inside, and there was nothing they could do." I shock my head and left Tell me the employees never use the restroom or wash their hands and entire shift? I don't appreciate being lied too so blatantly! Disgusting place!!!

Worst Experience Ever! Took my 3 kids for ice cream last week along with their grandparents..... 1. The man behind the counter, who looked like a manager, did not have a mask on. Not even a mask hanging off his face. We were the only people in there, all masked including 3 young children. People came in after us, all masked. You are serving my food- during a pandemic, with a mask mandate in place, you should have a mask on. When asked where his mask was he simply said he has been so busy to put it on. 2. We ordered these little ice cream cups with animal creature additions. I had to ask for the sprinkles and when asked where the topper was, he said all the ones they got "were bad." (Photo attached) 3. Grandparents ordered a sundae and he said they don't have any topping (chocolate syrup, cherries, whip cream). So they could only get a cup of ice cream. 4. Grandma decided against the scoop of ice cream and ordered a chocolate shake. Well he clearly measured wrong and didn't make enough. Added milk to fill the difference which basically created a cup of chocolate milk. Terrible experience. Place was pretty dirty and not picked up. I get everyone is having staff shortages but somethings should not be overlooked. Won't be back to this location!
Delicious ice cream and a lovely crew working there. We definitely enjoy our treats there.

This place is wildly inconsistent. Some days you go here and have the best coffee of your life and other days you leave wondering why you even bothered. I've always tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but today they lost a customer permanently. Today the employee must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed, because she was slamming food orders down on the counter in an aggressive manner and had an attitude every time she called the next number. When my number was called my food was obviously thrown together hastily, I received a large coffee that was 2/3 of the way full and my other coffee tasted like sugar water. I can understand they were busy and waiting patiently was not a problem for me, but when an employee is having a bad day and they feel the need to pass that on to every paying customer that is inexcusable.
