Been eating there for over 30 years and we have always loved their food. Since it has changed hands, the food is horrible. The soup has no flavor, like it’s hot water with noodles. The fried rice has not a pea or a carrot and hardly any meat. Will not be going back again. It’s a shame since it’s so close to home. Chef Ping is the best!

I order 3 soups today, and everyone i work with said this place is PHENOMENAL, but im going to disagree. I ordered chicken noodle, and wonton soups, there was NO FLAVOR, and the wonton were MUSHY, then I ordered the Hot and Sour soups, it wasn't hot and sour, it was SWEET. Im really disappointed in this restaurant. I also read their menu on line their printed one that shows their prices and they are $2 less than what I was charged. That is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY THERE!!!!

My boyfriend almost vomited after having a Krab Rangoon, he said it tasted like sewage. The next day he got food poisoning. There were no utensils in the bag and it was an uber eats so he had to eat orange chicken with his hands. Would a new batch of food be so bad? To protect your reputation. Essentially you served us garbage for our hard earned money. Goodluck to you in the future, owner. Being greedy does NOT pay off.

This place is great, I go here a lot and very often enjoy my food. The restaurant owner is very kind and already knows that it’s me on the phone and always welcome me when I come in. Sometimes the food comes out tasting a little weird but it’s still pretty enjoyable. Inside you can tell that you will be getting authentic Chinese food, and every day the owner freshly what looks like green beans. In conclusion this place is great I recommend!
Since the new owners took over the place is empty. The sauce for shrimp egg foo young is terrible and dark. It almost looks like Mexican mole sauce. My wife had shrimp with lobster sauce and pork and she said the pork was tasteless. We have lived in Park Ridge for 13 years and the food was always great and busy. The phone rang constantly and there was a constant flow of people coming in and out to pick up their pickup orders. I asked the server why the phone isn't ringing, and she said they have an answering service now but with that, there wasn't one bag out there for pickup. It was our third time there and we are done because it is just terrible. I mentioned to the servicer that having the window covered the way it is, is just looking for trouble and Park Ridge in the last few years has had their share of robberies and covering that window the way it is, is a perfect invitation for a stick up. One last thing is they always had Siracha chili sauce in the cooler and the new owner stopped that. That's all I can say is you are wasting your money if you think you are going there for good Chinese food. We are done!

Food was a spot expensive for Chinese. HOWEVER, I was very impressed with the quality so it kinda comes out in the wash.
Lady at counter was quick, friendly and food was prepared extremely quickly.
