I tried their red miso ramen. The pork meat was flavorful and the noodle texture reminded me of Korean kal-guksu. I liked that part. However, my party and I all felt that the broth was much too salty. My soup also turned out very thick, with some floating bits I couldn’t identify, which made it hard to enjoy the broth. If they could adjust the saltiness and texture of the soup, I think the overall experience would be much better.

at the Park Ridge location, Russell, and another gentleman with a small beard and glasses. He was a bit bigger honestly provided the best service I've experienced in a while. definitely will be coming back

I went there for the first time this weekend. I ordered vegetable ramen. It was very delicious and quite filling. I wasn't expecting for it to be as filling as it was. I ended up taking about half home and reheated the leftovers the next day, and it was still yummy.

The Chicago Ramen, Park Ridge restaurant is absolutely filthy. The floors are greasy and clearly haven't been washed in a VERY long time. The bathrooms are disgusting and smell terrible.
When my food arrived, there was a long black hair in the bowl. I pointed it out, and the server tried to blame the cook, but the cook had no hair. That kind of excuse is unacceptable.
Local public health officials need to inspect this place. It's unsanitary and not safe. Stay away. There are much cleaner and better ramen spots in town.

The restaurant’s quite small with a bar and 3 tables which have 2 booths and 1 just have four chairs. There’s a mirror and it’s situated in a way where the bar area and the 3 tables look duplicated so the restaurant at first glance seems bigger than it actually is.
The menu had a decent selection. There was all sorts of ramen, chicken, shrimp, beef, vegetable, white miso, red miso, and appetizers, tsukemen, rice bowls, drinks, desserts, and more. I ordered the Beef Ramen Curry which I knew by the name would be good but it was even better than I expected. Not too salty whatsoever and the beef was delicious delicious. Great portion if you’re super hungry as well. Soup was great.
