I came to this chipotle at 9:15 on saturday the lady told me that she can sell me only burrito bolw because the warmer tortilla is already Clean and i said i need to talk to the mánager and she said is fine I will do the burrito and she took two 2 foil tortilla is already cover the tortilla warmer and she was trying to heat my tortita finally she make my burrito my burrito was to cold. That the best terrible service ever I’m not gonna come back
They are so stingy with their portions at this location . They shake the chicken out the scoop. I been here a few times and they watch their employees like hawks . It’s an awkward place to get lunch on break because everyone is starving and you don’t want to come off as rude to the employee. the portion is not even enough for a child, they need to stop being so stingy it’s a food place.

This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I asked for queso THREE times, and the lady making my burrito completely ignored me. Instead of listening, she just passed my burrito to the next guy, who immediately started wrapping it up—before I was even done telling them what I wanted. I repeated myself at least three or four times, telling him I wasn’t finished and that I still needed queso, but he straight-up ignored me and continued packaging my burrito like I wasn’t even there.
Then, when I got to the register, the cashier was already telling me my total—while the guy in front of me was still checking out. She didn’t even acknowledge me because she was too busy staring at her phone. To make things worse, the manager was standing right next to her, also glued to his phone, not paying attention to anything happening around him.
The entire staff looked like they hated being there, and it showed. Zero customer service, zero effort, zero care. It was obvious that they were just trying to get through the day and could not care less about the customers. If this location put in half the effort that customers do just trying to get their orders right, maybe it wouldn’t be such a disaster. Never coming back.

Seriously the worst chipotle I’ve been to in a while. The line looks disgusting and the lobby was trash! I look up no table to sit at because there all dirty all while the GM is sitting in the corner with another employee on his phone hanging out complaining about call offs! Grab a towel and clean the lobby and atleast take a little pride in your store. What a joke he is, yelling back to his employees saying help me get rid of these customers. What great service! NOT! And let’s talk about portions? I swear I paid 23 dollars for double meat and bearly got a half scoop! Please help this location!
So we get in line at the store and they filled 8 online and phone orders first while we are standing there with people waiting behind us. Why not take turns. Also gave me a tiny portion of carnitas. Shrinkflation? When I asked for a little more they tried to upcharge. This place is also filthy.

Love the food and staff is always friendly but the place was disgusting. Food all over the floors and every open table was dirty with food and /or trash. I had to wipe off my own table. I was there for over 20 minutes and not one employee came out to clean tables, sweep, the floor, or empty the overfilling trash.

Terrible, terrible service. They didn’t know what was my order. They didn’t pick up the phone. I waited for my order 1 hour and after that they canceled my order without reason.
I’ve frequented this location a few times on Sunday nights around 9, and the restaurant and staff give the impression that they are closed. Typically, the staff is prepping the store for closure, but there’s never a welcome feeling coming into the store, like they are ready to serve customers.

two stars is generous. i don’t ever review fast food restaurants but this has got to be one of the worst chiptoles. its constantly dirty, food just sitting on the ground. the staff hate their jobs and look so pissed when you walk in to order. the food is never made with any care. managers simply don’t care. this entire location needs a revamp. ill drive out of the way to the one on mannheim then go here.

So I walked in, and the lady that served me did not look happy to be there. She was blah
She asked what meat I wanted, and I said carnitas and she gave me steak, I repeated that I wanted carnitas, but she still gave me steak. She was rushing me, and she wasn't listening to what I wanted. There was no one behind me, so there no reason to be rushing me. She had to make a new bowl, but she didn't care. If you don't want to work with people Or serve people, what they actually want, then don't work at a restaurant. I won't be coming back to this location.
