I was visiting from out of town, and this was one of the dirtiest Chipotle locations I’ve encountered. Most of the tables and dining areas were left unclean. While I understand for some employees this may be their first job, the level of training appears inadequate. Portion sizes between our two bowls and one burrito were noticeably inconsistent. Even though there was no line, the employee rushed through our order, which made the experience feel careless. Overall, I regret choosing to stop at this location.

The food is disgusting. I know many people who have gotten food poisoning from this food. The chicken consists of fatty meat and i bit into my quesadilla and chomped down a bone!! The tables are disgusting and always dirty. If you want to feel sick and throw up, eat here!!!

Whoever manages this location should find another job. I love chipotle. This location has to be the worst just outside chicago. There’s no reason it should take 15-20 minutes to get an order in when you have multiple
Employees in the back. Food portions are also terrible. I’ll make the extra drive to the Harlem location.

update: truly remarkably terrible service. always late on their orders, our order was sitting on the counter while the employees were just going about other work after assuring me they were working on it without another customer in the store. I am never going back to this location and I advise you do the same. The incompetence is unwavering, staggering and unacceptable.

Employees I encountered were childish and lacked respect for myself and other guests in store. Witnessed employees refusing to give a kid a water cup unless he made a purchase and that purchase had stipulations to it. Can’t support this place

Working crew is terrible, no smile on their faces and the girl making my burrito was so rude. When I told here that I’m ready to rate this restaurant for 1 star, her answer was “ that’s fine” !!
