Horrible customer service! There’s something wrong with the girls working here. One of them made me a matcha. I specifically asked for date sweetener. She gave me no sweetener. I came back to let her know she didn’t add sweetener and asked if she could add sweetener. Took my matcha ..attempted to add sweetener. It’s still not sweetened. Not to mention it took her 15 minutes to make an iced matcha!

After a long and draining shift, I stopped by Clean Juice Organic Café in Park Ridge, hoping to recharge with something clean and nourishing. While the store gives off a healthy and welcoming vibe, my experience raised serious concerns about hygiene.

While preparing my juice, one of the staff members sneezed into his gloved hand—then continued to handle ingredients without changing gloves. At that point, some ingredients had already been placed into the juicer, and I immediately called his attention. He then changed only the glove on his right hand, but by that time, I was already worried about potential contamination. No one offered to clean the equipment, remake the juice, or provide reassurance, and no apology was given either. I ended up discarding the first drink and only kept the second one out of caution. I spent $28 for both orders.

For a place centered on health and cleanliness, this was disappointing.

I strongly suggest the staff wear masks or face coverings, especially since the juicing station is open and exposed. Alternatively, they could consider covering fresh produce and drinks with lids or shields when not in use. These simple steps would go a long way in protecting customer health and maintaining trust.

Clean Juice has great potential, but food safety must always come first—especially when serving raw, immunity-focused products.

The menu appears healthy but is misleading. The protein smoothies can be 550+ calories with 45–50g of sugar — well above the daily recommended limit for adults, even if it’s “natural” sugar from fruit. When I asked about reducing the sugar, I was told there’s no option to do so. For a place marketed as a health-conscious smoothie shop, the nutritional content doesn’t match the branding.

Updating my review after speaking directly with the manager and she made things right. We will continue to get Clean Juice, thanks to Iryna making out experience better!

I placed an online order through the app Clean Juice App on June 6th and it was delivered by a 3rd party. I called when my order was delivered because I received someone else's order and the young gal said I would have to wait until the manager was in. Fast-forward no one called me, I called in June 11th and the manager told me it was an issue with doordash and that they would have them call me to refund me. I was never refunded nor was my credit reinstated that I used from the Clean Juice App. The fact the my credit card was charged by Clean Juice and not Doordash told me it wasn't Doordash who owned me a refund. Spent $39.98 and used a free smoothie coupon, was never refunded and never got my credit back for the smoothie. Very disappointed in the service I received, especially when I had a Clean Juice order#.

Place is really dirty like an old garage. Annoying bimbos work there. Not the best place.

The manager knows what she’s doing. I’m pleased to know the menu caters to organic and plant based too. So far, I’ve had a lovely experience when I order here. Wonderful gem in PR!

Although the bowl was tasty it was a bit watery and they forgot to add one of the toppings that actually was supposed to be in it. Place was empty & quiet. It’s the closest one to me so I’ll still give it a shot.

Please hire people that can read and follow directions. This is the second time I've ordered the egg sandwich with NO feta and i taste/find Feta in the sandwich. Also why was my first bite spicy? Is there chili flakes in this now?
