Service is always dry and unfortunately uninviting here and this business has yet to recognize that quality customer service is what truly makes a brand thrive, not treating customers as though they are an inconvenience. In the end, sowing poor customer service will yield being replaced by one who has the audacity to show up by divine appointment--simply because you failed to recognize your ignorance and embrace the need for change.

The cutest patisserie with lovely outdoor seating just outside their door or in the park across the street. I visited Dolcetti for the first time Saturday morning. I was greeted with warmth and the offering of a lot of help (because I needed it)! EVERYTHING is presented beautifully. I bought an assortment of macaroons as a hostess gift and an almond croissant. Both were out of this world delicious! I cannot wait to go back and try something different...or not :) Thank you Dolcetti Patisserie for being in Park Ridge and also for sharing your craft with us!

Drove 15 minutes to try this coffee shop. Arrived about 3:45pm & found that the shop had just closed because "it was a slow day". The closing time is posted as 5:00pm. The person that had just closed told me "oh well, it is what it is"! Will never visit again!!!

I ordered a custom cake and cupcakes for my son's second birthday. The ordering process was easy and the cake and cupcakes turned out just as I expected. They were delicious! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful cakes. Employees need training and organization.

We are so glad to have this cafe in Park Ridge. The coffee and scones (Intelligentsia) are delicious. The outdoor seating area is lovely with flowers in the summer - a great place to stop after a bike ride or walk. Thank you Dolcetti for becoming a Park Ridge mainstay.

Nice little neighborhood Cafe with very good outdoor seating, I had a torpedo which was heavy on the ice but very tasty. They had alot of bakery items and pastries but nothing was labeled. I had a ham and cheese croissant, very delicious and fresh and a blueberry scone which was more like a muffin top.

Friendly staff, would definitely visit again. The flourless chocolate cake was ridiculously good.

I was looking for a little treat to go with a cup of tea on a cold snowy day, I bought 2 almond croissants and while a bit pricey I was looking to support a local business. When I got them home the outer crust was past the point of perfect doneness and it tasted a bit burnt. Two croissants were $12.00 and change tax included. If there main business is to create pastries and cakes I believe today's bake got ahead of them causing a bit of over baking hence the burnt flavor.
