I recently ordered a pizza online, and when I arrived at the store, I was informed that they were still making my order. This was quite frustrating, as I expected my pizza to be ready upon arrival. The delay not only affected my plans but also left me feeling disappointed with the service.

This is our closest dominos to us. Disappointing experience. Haven’t ordered in a while and we remembered why. There is a lack of consistency of toppings… always disappointing. There was barely any of my requested toppings for the pizzas with normal toppings requested. The pizzas I indicated Extra only came out with a ton of toppings like the one in the picture. BUT For one of my custom hawaiian pizzas, they forgot the ham and decided without telling the customer (but we heard and saw everything) that it would suffice to toss the cold ham on top without baking it (since the pizza was baked already). Really inconsiderate and just stupidly wrong. I wanted the ham baked on top for sanitary reasons. I had to put the ham in the microwave at home to have it cooked and safer for me since my immune system is down. I’m sticking with Rosatis and little ceasers next time. Unless there is an epic coupon and I have a party to feed, see ya Dominos!

Worst Dominos in town. Pizza makers are busy chatting with each other joking around instead of making sure the extra ingredients that are requested and paid for are correct.

I ordered through the call center and received a text that my order would be ready by 4:17. I arrive at 4:30 to be told that my pizza hasn’t even been put in the oven yet. I got my pizza at 4:37. This is not the first time this has happened, which is why i came later than the expected time for the pizza to be done. The employees did apologize for the wait and were understanding but it only means so much after a 3rd time experiencing this. Unless you’re ordering an hour ahead, go to a different domino’s.

Ordered 6 large, one-topping pizzas for a group event. Terrible! Barely any toppings, barely any cheese. How hard is it, to do it right? The guy making these did NOT know what he was doing! I will never order from them again. You have lost a customer.

I had a 8 piece honey bbq wing and a medium sausage and a medium cheese pizza delivered to Marriott O'Hare.
1. I was told it could be delivered to my room
2. The food was cold
3. I called 5 times and I was hung up on
4. Someone got on the phone speaking a foreign language answered the last time and then hung up
5. I'm livid that no one had the audacity to address the issue.

Worst Domino's ever. Ordered online. When i got there, i was told my pizza wasn't ready even though the app told me it was. I was told to wait outside for 10 min. When i went back in no one knew what was going on. The kid that told me to wait outside wouldn't even make eye contact with me. A delivery driver told me my pizza had been there the whole time. All of these kids behind the counter refused to give me an explanation. I wrote to corporate and never heard back. Now i go out of my way to the lee street one. Also, they cut my pizza wrong every single time. Avoid this location

I ordered two medium pizzas yesterday, 10.03.2024. The delivery place was the office. Domino called after placing an order to confirm. I confirmed over the phone. Rider BILAL came after 20 minutes of yelling in the office, saying he had been calling and nobody was picking it up. Why does the rider call if the Domino confirms? Why Domino share the information of the customer like this? It was office where he was yelling. He has no right to scream and yell at the customer, especially in the office environment where everyone is disturbed because of the rider. Domino should train their staff before they go out for delivery and interact with customers. No one has the right to yell and misbehave with others. Very disappointed service. I believe that maintaining a high standard of professionalism is crucial in delivering great customer service. I was disappointed by the behavior of the rider upon arrival. I trust that Domino will address this matter appropriately.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Domino's location. When I walked in, the employees were literally **fighting with each other** behind the counter! The atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional .It was a total mess, and the last thing you'd expect when ordering pizza. Avoid this place if you value good service and a calm environment.
