I called to make an order and there’s a new policy I’m paying for a 22 dollar pizza and need change for a 50. I offered to tip 5 dollars and the person on the phone was extremely rude saying that’s not possible in a yelling voice.

Made an online order, and they made it incorrectly. I called the restaurant and the guy was rude. He said, "Too bad you already took the pizza, and we can't do anything." He's telling me I should have opened the boxes and checked before I left. The manager refused to come to the phone or call back. Terrible service.

Very unfortunate thing, I witnessed this shop tonight. When I was waiting for my order. Which I did online. I was over the call, so I came out of the shop, I just saw all 4 employees, one by one, 2 Indians and two Latino. They were stealing from the Orders from the rack. One took a bit, and then another took bit from another order. All of them, one by one.I can't believe in my eye.They think customers are blind.Dear Domino's HR, Kindly check the video cameras and take serious action. Because it all about the reputation of Your Company.I'm shocked.Won't come back to this branch again.

Had an amazing costumer service they where all nice and a Big Shout out to Pat and Tony and the other employee. I accidentally locked my self out of my truck and the three gentleman came out and help me open it. Appreciate everything they did.

Pizza guy never delivered my pizza to the Ballard Point Condo, nobody at this store answers the phone, and I am in the process of disputing my credit card charge.Vince's Pizza will my go to pizza place.Update: My bank refunded my money with the exception of the tip the loser driver got.No matter. Tipping ahead of delivery is always stupid, and Dominos lost another regular customer.
Pat Driver tried to force himself on me @ work @ least 3 times , & he got away with it. Not ok Dominos.

Delivery took an hour longer than i was told. Didn’t even ring the doorbell just left the pizza outside in the cold on the sidewalk. Called the store serval times to ask for a refund and no one picked up.

App said pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. It took more than an hour. Spent 40 minutes in the store waiting. After 20min in the store, I was told I was the 4th order up. That wasn't true. Later it was told 5 more minutes. That also wasn't true. I would never have ordered if I knew the wait would be an hour rather than the 20 minutes the app quoted.
