The staff here are always so friendly and wonderful. I stop in several times a week and they know who I am by now. My drinks are always perfect. Sometimes the other customers are being complete jerks and the staff simply do not deserve that. I came here to say thanks and I see y'all 🥹

Young kid with tattoos on neck with curly hair got very rude and violent in front of my granddaughter today about 1 hour ago. Very rude . My granddaughter wanted to taste the ice cream and the young man wanted me to pay for the ice cream first telling me that it’s a store and you pay first very rude and very unprofessional will not be coming back ever again to the store in the future when he does go to a professional business job. I hope he does not treat the business or customers that way ever again he should lose his job

This location is the most convenient one I’ve found, right outside of O’hare airport. It’s nearly right off of the expressway. So it’s easy to get to and from the expressway directly. Unfortunately, they don’t have a drive thru though. The parking can be inconvenient due to it being right next to the alleyway. And a couple poles block easy entrance into some of those spots. The inside is small, but cozy. The early morning staff was mostly young, twenty year olds. They were very patient and helpful. (They weren’t accepting cash. Since I had just got a new phone, I wasn’t logged into anything yet.) I’ll go there every time I go to O’hare now.

Definitely a below average branch. Patio and outdoor messy, cashier did not speak to me, let alone greet me or anything friendly, and a large puddle was allowed to sit in front of the register where you have to stand to order. No mopping just a wet floor sign.

Roslyn was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was handled smoothly. If you’re looking for someone to promote or reward with a raise, she’s the one. You won’t find a better example of professionalism and dedication. & she said it was actually her off day, she got called in!

First time customers at this location. The cashier Alexis and staff working at 10:30am-11:00am at this location lack communication. We ordered sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches , if they did not have the sausage ingredient they should have told us that right away, so we could order different items. The problem was the cashier didn’t have full focus on us, or what we said because he was looking at his Apple Watch! Both sandwiches were prepared without the sausage ingredient, and no we didn’t ask them to remove it. Someone wasn’t listening.. We ordered a hot coffee but it was cold. My iced coffee was great! But my husband ordered a hot coffee, key word; hot! If there’s no steam, if it’s not fresh, make it again. We told them, they understood and they fixed the cold coffee. I hope this is a good teaching moment for staff! Have a good day!

I mean if there is an option less ice. Why I'm getting 3/4 coffee in cup lol ??? Am I paying for coffee already or for ice? ?
Plus everytime new bartistas is hired they need 2-3 times be yelled at before they know difference 1 and 1 coffee from 3/3 .
If any dd important person read it ! Make sure to learn them coffee with cream and sugar (per app it's 3 sugs and 3 creams) isn't same as coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar.
If i would like to buy milk for cat I'll go to another store ??

Didn’t really know how to score this one because the shake was fire until it got clogged and I pulled the straw out to see there was something with a hair on the end of it. Not gonna lie I just threw the straw out and drank it the rest of the way without the straw hoping nothing weird would happen.

I stopped here to get water and also my family needed to use the restroom. I ask the staff for the code and he responded with “are you going to buy something”?!!! I know better to use restroom when you’re not a patron so I was very offended! Is this how you treat your costumer Dunkin Donut!!! Such bad customer service and it’s not even a place where people would randomly stop to use the restroom. The only reason I gave this place 2 star bc the guy came and help open the code bc it was not working.
