The atmosphere was so bad... I took crosant it was not baked properly ... not good customer service ..I don't recommend it. It's better to drink coffee somewhere else rather than chose Dunkin .

Change of management and staff here and the quality has decreased dramatically. Very rude people operating the register and getting orders wrong every time I go there. I miss the old staff. The food is also cold. Do better this is a busy place. This morning I witnessed them actually make three customers leave before they ordered. The door to the bathroom was locked and nobody was in there and the customer needed to use it.And they wouldn't open the door for him. The same rude lady said sir.I don't know and just walked away.

I experienced a top class customer service. Both front desk associates (Christian / Kat ) were awesome accommodating my requests of customizing the ordered items and prepared it just right. I recommend this place. 👍

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I Ordered a large drink and they to only gave me a mediums worth of drink. I explained to the manager with photo evidence of this and she would not fix the discrepancy. To think that you can charge $7 for a drink and refuse to make it correctly is beyond me. They never get the orders correct and they will take your money and then go make your food without washing their hands. Disgusting! Don't eat here.

today I went to get me one of the newest drink call by the advertiser that they have outside SABRINA CARPENTER BROWN SUGAR SHAKIN' EXPRESSO. The guy that was there it was " one on the partners" he didn't know what was that? he was about to charge me whatever with his face that he always have. I just said i want to have a Sabrina Brown Sugar ? the one in the screen and with his sarcastic smile he said " ohh the shakin' expresso" I normally don't go to often this place because people that work in there including him, they think they are the owner they treat almost everybody bad, except his people.
