This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I Ordered a large drink and they to only gave me a mediums worth of drink. I explained to the manager with photo evidence of this and she would not fix the discrepancy. To think that you can charge $7 for a drink and refuse to make it correctly is beyond me. They never get the orders correct and they will take your money and then go make your food without washing their hands. Disgusting! Don't eat here.

today I went to get me one of the newest drink call by the advertiser that they have outside SABRINA CARPENTER BROWN SUGAR SHAKIN' EXPRESSO. The guy that was there it was " one on the partners" he didn't know what was that? he was about to charge me whatever with his face that he always have. I just said i want to have a Sabrina Brown Sugar ? the one in the screen and with his sarcastic smile he said " ohh the shakin' expresso" I normally don't go to often this place because people that work in there including him, they think they are the owner they treat almost everybody bad, except his people.

Ordered my bagel that I drove just to this location to get because others don’t sell it and the woman is too busy flirting with a customer or coworker dressed down it seems and she didn’t take my order then she would stop in between to leave the heater to have a hole conversation with him and just left my food and then I’m like what is going on ? She hands me the whole incomplete wrong thing and then when I ask for a correction she hesitates! I’m filing a complaint with corporate next, RIDICULOUS and unexceptable!

Ordered 2 drinks, and some food items. The espresso machine was down and the woman still took it upon herself to sell & charge me for the drinks without advising that the machines were not working. when I kindly asked for a return it took them about 20 minutes because the manager wasn’t around. Once he arrived he started questioning me why I wanted a refund, when I explained he raised his voice at me and said that the food was fine and that I should only be getting a refund on my drinks. Any other location would be a better option.

I visited Dunkin’ today and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience regarding food safety practices. The person preparing my food wasn’t wearing gloves initially, so I kindly asked them to remake it while wearing gloves. However, I noticed that while wearing gloves, they handled money for another customer and then went back to preparing my food with the same gloves. At that point, I decided to cancel my order entirely.
Proper food handling and hygiene are essential, especially in the food industry where maintaining health and safety standards should be a priority. This kind of oversight can contribute to the spread of germs and viruses. I hope this feedback helps reinforce the importance of food safety training for staff, as it’s critical to ensure the well-being of all customers.
