The two people working at 9:43 cannot seem to take a simple custom order of one bagel egg sandwich. Not only did they get it wrong once. But 3 times . The lady working was extreamly rude and almost ruined the sandwich. They also just kept adding ingredients to the current sandwich which I wasn’t happy about their hands in my food over and over. Management should take them back to another class on order taking and how to be polite

I visited this store around 11am today on Sunday. It was fairly busy. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 chocolate bagel for my daughter cut in half. At the time of ordering they had about 8-9 in their basket. While patiently waiting (10-12 minutes) I noticed people walking in ordering those same bagels. I assumed one was pulled aside. Seeing as I already paid for it. But to my shock they, sold them all! Even the one I paid for. The main lady there said they were already sold before my order…. Are you serious? I watched you sell them to people just ordering boxes of bagels. That and she seemed irritated that I guy’s sandwich was messed up and she had to remake. I’m surprised their google rating is at a 3.5. Seriously? Then when I went to process a refund on my credit card. It prompted that I apply another tip ??‍♂️ I would have never left one in the first place. Had I known they were going to sell my daughter’s bagel out from under me! Last dollar spent here.

Put in an online order for 3 bagels and arrived 20 minutes later. When we arrived to the store and were searching for the order, no one prompted or asked if they could help. Come to find out, our order had been taken by someone else by mistake, so they had to re-do our order. One of the bagels we had originally requested was no longer in stock, so they replaced the bagel without asking for preference.

I come here for coffee and bagels. Coffee was good but my pretzel bagel had no color. I order toasted but instead I got bagel cut in half only. I also order 2 coffees and had to ask for cups. No place to sit .

Service was amazing! Everyone was smiling and greeted me when I walked in, and they made me fresh coffee when my favorite variety was out. Nice atmosphere, but my food wasn't very good. Ordered a toasted bagel with plain shmear, but the bagel was effectively untoasted and had basically no shmear.

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years now and I’ve never seen such a drastic decline in EVERY aspect of this establishment. Service is poor, workers are always talking and seem annoyed when ordering. The “shmear” of cream cheese is more like a wipe and the bagels themselves are always either smashed flat or small. I online ordered a cheddar and jalapeño bagel and I received a plain instead. I understand they might have been out, but there are ways to accommodate the customer better than just assuming a substitution. All of this is on a consistent basis as well. Please be better! If you’re reading this before going there, save yourself the time and money and just go to the grocery store.

This is a pathetic excuse for a business. First of all I want to start off with im so tired of these overworked teenagers/ college students who need a serious attitude adjustment. It's no one's fault that you're having a bad day or relationship problems or whatever. Leave your bad attitude at the door because no one deserves your shit attitude for no reason. The main girl who works here clearly takes on too much and lets it out on customers and her coworkers. The guy that worked there was sweet and seemed like he just wanted to help but she was being bitchy too him too for no reason. Me and my friend went in and got 2 coffees and bagels. The bagels were cold and so was the coffee. Bad food. Terrible service. Will not be returning ever. Save your time and money and go elsewhere- there's a whole foods not too far away.

This location is the worst location and gets every order wrong. They gave me a completely different order everytime with my name on it. Kelly should not be “managing” the location because she is not capable of solving any problems like a manager actually should do. The owners should really consider coming into this location and re-training all staff members including the managers. Very disappointing location with such incompetent workers.

I have tried several times, calling to place an order and never get through. in addition, when you try in order online, you cannot order your sandwich according to how you want it. I asked for bagels, sliced, and I got them unsliced. not a very pleasant experience on several occasions
