It’s honestly not as bad as the other reviews make it seem. I’ve been coming here with my kids every summer since 2016. In 2018, everything changed and hasn’t been the same, but i’ll admit that the summers of 2020 and 2021, I saw some significant changes for the better. I hope the owner does not permanently close this place, it is definitely a family favorite, and it seemed to be getting back on track to where the old owner, Malina, had it.My family is looking forward to coming back in June to get some ice cream and chat with the very likable teen girls and boy that work there ☺️

This place used to be one of my favorite places to go, the owners where always there and they were so nice. Once the ownership changed everything went down hill. We never see the owners, they under pay workers, and there food is either horrible or the machines don't work.

This place is HORRIBLE. My husband and I always went here, but once ownership changed, it went downhill. Employees always careless. Just over the summer, they finally hired some employees that actually care. There is one teenage boy and he is very pleasant and accommodating, but he's there alone trying to control a popular business... the owner is nuts for putting this responsibility on a few kids! This place is always opening and closing, which I find extremely unprofessional. Ice cream is sour, food is cold, and the only thing most of the employees know how to do is issue refunds to angry customers. Sad. Lets not mention the time I called to order food and was placed on "hold" for 16 minutes.

ZERO STARS...Sadly, this place is not what it used to be. We simply went to have a soft service cone.The place was dirty, garbage overflowing, & not ready for summer business.The ice cream was not good... Not staying frozen and tasted sour...assuming that the ss machine have not been cleaned or not operating properly.The cashiers that were working there were ill prepared and were not managed. I feel sad that this is a business isn't going to survive. Absent ownership or management!!!

I Love the Parfait and sundae at frosty Penguun . They have amazing Fench Fries which are a must try , I always order fries as sides in my order

Frosty Penguin .. we have been coming here for years and last month we came to get your ice cream cones which we’ve always loved but we were so disappointed! We came again tonight and had to throw it out because it tasted horrible.. almost like ice milk.. I wish you hadn’t changed the recipe.. won’t be returning :(
Took my family of 7 to this family owned place and The burgers were undercooked, the grilled chicken sandwiches were burned and rubbery. I complained to the staff and they gave me a bad attitude. The girl in charged said “well...that happens...” seriously!!! I do not recommend this place.

Go there to get fries, pay and wait 12 minutes for them so say they don’t have fries. You’re an ice cream and burger shop how do you not have fries or at least they can know your own stock so they don’t make me wait 12 minutes to tell me you don’t have fries. It has been like this ever since new management took over 0/10 would not recommend to any family or friends.

Malts were great! But that's about as far as it goes. Burger was burnt with a practically black bun. Our buddy ordered a chicken sandwich that came out raw.
